Cons: We ended up canceling once we went to pick up the car in Foley. We had problems renting because the credit card we were using was my mother in laws but I would be driving. They said the names had to match. The employees were making fun of the manager in front of us. Overall the entire establishment was unprofessional and I will never rent a car again from hertz.

Pros: At first I was a bit unhappy that I was getting set up with a Mazda 3.. however, after the first half hour or so, I was actually very pleased! This thing was very smooth, sporty looking and amazing on gas. The features in the cabin were a very nice bonus.
The guy that pulled the car around for me and wrapped my paperwork up was professional and friendly.
Cons: Car pick up was at 12 but, I guess due to the volume of customers, I didn't get the car until closer to 12:30. Not really all that bad.
Pros: Upon my arrival, I was met with a smiling face even though I could tell it had been a long day. It was 5:15 pm on a Tuesday evening before Memorial Day weekend. They were quickly running out of vehicles. Because of an unscheduled customer needing a vehicle I reserved, they asked if I would like a free upgrade to an SUV. I said of course (because I really wanted one to begin with but couldn't bring myself to pay $75 more just for an SUV). We walked around the vehicle, and I signed my name on the tablet and was good to go. Very quick service. They called me that morning to confirm my reservation and got my license number to make my service quicker. I will use them again,
