Cons: Confirmation call on my voicemail forgot to mention the closing time. I arrived a little after my scheduled pick-up time (which turned out to be the closing time) and found the doors locked. When I called the other Enterprise location in town, the representative put me on "hold for 5 sec" to check for a car for me from their lot. I waited 15 min on the line before hanging up - no call back, nothing. Very poor customer service.

Cons: I booked a car online and three hours before I was scheduled to pick it up they phoned and said they did not have any cars left. Luckily I was able to borrow a car from a relative.
