Cons: that Avis had the computing system not in servuce for technical reasons. As usual they try to increase the bill asking you for morecservkces . I know the trick and I said NO to everything but the lady marked the X, wEVEN THOUGH I SAID NO,T for extra insurance and did not calculate in the total sum.
So when i gave tge car back, they charge me N extra of 290 euros and no one answering, send me to a call center. Terrible experience

Pros: Return went smoothly.
Cons: Check-in attendant really tried to sell me an upgrade and then the full collision coverage. This was annoying and getting her off focus of her main role.
Car was not super clean.
Had to return 3 times to the attendant as we found undocumented damages.

Insurance costs were ridiculous
Cons: Insurance costs were ridiculous, plus need to upgrade for automatic, then upgrade for GPS. $100+ per day for a tiny car that could not hold our 2 suitcases in the back. Had to leave one on the back seat.
No indication of insurance costs at the time of booking. Too many extras and surprises.
