Very good, despite we had a delay because of some problems at the airport.

other than a slight delay in takeoff from Panama , the flights were excellent ..... we will continue to use Copa whenever possible for flights to and from Central and South America ....

Pros: "Boarding was organized"
Cons: "They didn’t turn on AC until we landed in Lima, during bording they were hurrying people to get on their seats fast"
Cons: "The turbulence was really bad ! I couldn’t sleep at all !"
Pros: "You are so good all the time."
Cons: "We understand that this time is tough because the Coronavirus, they took care of all of us, and also they were kind and friendly. Thank you so much, for everything"
Pros: "Crew and i ohhh ver all copa experience."
Cons: "Nothing. I am now a loyal Copa flier. Any of my trips to Latin America I will consider flying with Copa"
Pros: "Crew was great. Supportive and friendly. Plane was clean and comfortable."
Pros: "No drink because didn’t open de bottle. No one care about it."
Pros: "The seat comfort and staff especially the captain - very engaging"
Cons: "WiFi on the airplane to access flight map and other services."

That they were on tike but, They charge again for baggage while we already paid when we buy our tickets

Perfect for a very low cost flight. In time, safety perfect, and of course no service, just what you effectivement !

Delayed three hours and they knew it but didn’t say anything upon checking in

i was seated apart from my girlfriend even though I bought the tickets at the same time and the flight was half full. what are some of these airlines thinking when they assign seats?

Wingo changed departure time 3 times and kept us moving from one gate to a different one. A 1 one flight took me more than 8 hours. Don't fly wit Wingo, the worst experience ever

Nothing the vendor services and overall process was not an experience I would ever want to revisit again .

Pros: "Crew was great and friendly- good meals on long flights- best airline!"
Cons: "everything was great"
Pros: "Crew was great!"
Cons: "Better food or at least option to purchase better food. Needs entertainment and the plane needs a renovation. Very dated interior."
Pros: "The assigned flight attendant was very nice and did a wonderful job"

I expected the plane to be as the one I took from manaos to Bogota and unfortunately it wasn’t as nice, the sits didn’t recline and there was not onboard entertainment.

i was charged $140.00usd for my backpack the only luggage i had was my backpack

More than 3 hours of delay and not even a snack was given.

Seat space was terrible no food on a six hour flight

Boarding was very expedite. The chairs are fixed you can't rest comfortable during the flight.

No comfort at all. You should add at least 1 meal or a bottle of water. I wanted to buy one sandwich and everything was gone.

The temperature was cold and the food that we had to pay for was awful. The crew didn’t even offer a free glass of water. It was a long, expensive and uncomfortable flight.

They could offer food and drink without having to pay extra for it,

Discomfort has become a feature in Avianca flights. That isn’t terrible on short, local flights (most of them 1-2 Hrs)… but a 7-Hr flight with no water, no coffeee, no nothing (unless you buy it) is just not right. Uncomfortable seats, almost inhuman space between chairs, in long-haul flights needs to be reviewed by airline. And unavailable entertainment system doesn’t help either. Flight was safe and on-time, which isn’t easy to achieve. But all other features aren’t features: they’re a modern way of torture. Avianca really needs to up their game, or bluntly declare: we’re an ultra low-cost airline, and fees will drop accordingly.

No complimentary snacks, food, beverages (even water) blanket and pillow on a 6 hours long flight (economy comfort). A low form of nickeling and diming. Lost a recurring pessanger over a soda. Will never fly Avianca again.

Everthing ok , crew very nice but but we had a bad experience with the wheel chair we had to wait too much for the chair, my husband couldn’t walk and he was in lot of pain , LATAM has to take care of that

No air in the middle rows. Had a hard time breathing. Was dying of heat.

Not very good, they nickel & dime you for better seats & pay extra for the checking in bag, bad service all the way around

I loved how polite the crew was even though some of them wasn't the best with English that they still done everything they could to help me with my needs food was amazing

Flight from Lima to São Paulo didn’t have USB plug to charge the cellphone.

It was a good experience, the flight was a little too long & the food was ok

Hostile flight attendants. Second flight with Jose so much better. Arrived 1/2 hour early. Thanks.

Check in of my luggage which needed to be paid for was excellent. Thanks to Nora

As usual, LATAM tried to rip me off as a Gringo. They ignored the fact that having paid for my assigned seats, I was entitled to one free luggage per person, up to 10kg, and tried to charge me USD40 per item. While they ripped me off by $160 on my outbound flight (4 luggage pieces, which should have been free), I vehemently protested this time around. Note that they only request this from gringos, not from Spanish speakers. LATAM behaves like a racist extortion organization.

Pros: "Nothing as we could not take the flight."
Cons: "Allowing the option to change your ticket date, but failing all debit and credit cards payments offered, actually means that they are not allowing flight changes due to COVID related issues like they say they do. We had to book new tickets with another airline to get home."

Check-in was a disaster. When I booked the flight, I thought that it included a carry-on bag but they ended up having us pay to check-in our bags. Our outbound flight included the carry-on so I didn’t understand why our inbound flight did not.

Cons: "Give clear information as to what is included in reduced fair. A small carry on should always be allowed without additional charges. And they didn’t seat my partner and I next to each other, wanted to charge to put us together, and the seat was empty."
Pros: "Nothing is worth mentioning"
Cons: "Charged $45 for carry on baggage. And this was only asked at the gate. No water or drinks were provided in context of possible turbulence. Do not recommend this flight at all. Stay clear of it. Pay the extra and travel Sky or Latam."
Pros: "It was a basic flight. You can only carry on a personal item, no roller bags without extra costs."
Cons: "We paid for tickets only to find out at check-in that we would have to pay another $165 USD for printed boarding passes and two carry-on bags. I understand budget airlines, but that price for two pieces of paper and two carry-ons is absurd."
Cons: "They are very unkindness and too much pay hidden cost. Never use this company. Never!!!! ......."
