This is my first time flying Aegean Air and I had a great first time experience. I will fly this airline again.

There was not any food and I didn't use the entertainment

Just ok. No much of a great travel experience. If you need point A to B they are ok.

More leg room, great if crew could move people before flight (ie if 3 in a row, offer to move 1 or 2 to an empty 3 seat row rather than let people move themselves after takeoff

Flight was late, boarding totally chaotic, seat uncomfortable, food good, attendants and pilots good.

On top of the two hours delay in the airport, we needed to go by the bus to the terminal in Athens, Aegean is the aviation of Greece and they whole flight is 50 minutes.

Our flight to Chicago O'Hare was delayed an hour, causing us to miss our connection to MSP and spend an extra 3 hours at O'Hare so we could board a plane with a damaged door and wait another 45 minutes or so. The crew was great, the food decent, The drinks were great: 2 glasses of a nice South African Shiraz, an ice cold can of Beck's Beer, and Dewar's White Label on the rocks.

Very poor, flight cancelled, no help from Lufthansa customer service.

The accommodations are top-notch. The only negative was that both our initial flights were delayed, which caused us to miss one and almost miss the other. The staff immediately handled the missed flight and compensated us for the inconvenience.

Excellent service by united air staff. Very helpful, understanding and do friendly.

Some people facilitating gate onboarding weren’t as cordial. Didn’t feel good about my experience

Only two check in counters for online bag drop, economy and premium economy clients, NO management supervision whatsoever, no announcements, whilst Business and first class had three check in counters operational, with the bulk of clients flying economy on a 747…..very poor service indeed. Stood in a queue for two hours to check in!!!!!! The flight crew were equally indifferent.

I always like to travel with Discover Airlines because of their extraordinary services, comfort, and feel safe.

Good in general but I’m missing a bag So will see how long it will take to send it back

The plane is very old and the seats are very small and the distance between the seats is very narrow for a rage person to seat comfortable

Everything went according to plan. Check in, boarding etc all were very efficient.

What can you say Ryanair get you there,no frills Not so cheap anymore ..... but what is now days! Would use again as always. Good flight times for us.

It is standard with Ryanair, as FF with Ryanair you dont expect too much, and Ryanair never disappoints. At least it is reliable.

Flight with Ryanair more than 1,5 hours are awful... No space between seats, absolutely uncomfortable stay.

The Ryanair staff was not polite. We all travelled with the same suitcases as we departed from Thessaloniki, however they decided that for some passengers the suitcase was not the rigth one as far as the dimensions are concerned. Furthermore, one air stewardess asked passengers to close themselves the luggage cabinet in order to prove that the lugagge was not properly fitted, which i think is very unkind and unprofessional. We also had to wait outside , some metres away from the plane until last passengers came off....It was generally a dissapointing experience.

The usual average Ryanair flight, but we landed 20 min before due time, which was very good.

The flight boarded and departed Venice on time (more or less), the cabin crew were super friendly and efficient, the flight crew kept us informed of progress, and the flight arrived early in Dublin. All in all, this flight was as close to perfect as is possible to achieve. Well done, Ryanair. The fact that Ryanair aircraft arrive and depart from gates that are in the back of beyond in Dublin's Terminal 1 is a bummer - in terms of the length of the walk need on both ends of a return flight. But I suspect that this is not Ryanair's fault
