Paid for early bird. Basically paid for nothing. Would have been in the same spot regardless since the entire plane family preboarded between A and B. If they can’t give you A they should be required to refund the early bird fee. Also I don’t know what the issue is with the flight attendants but their attitudes need to change.

Southwest is always good and effective. Would be nice if they raised the pre-boarding age a couple years. Would hate to have our 7 year old daughter sit by a complete stranger because of a goitch when i check in and get a late boarding number.

It was good. I wish you had gluten free snacks for my husband.

2 hour delayed departure, then sat on the tarmac for 30 minutes waiting for a gate in SRQ

Flight was fine but new boarding policy was a drag Xtra time passenger group And Waiting until entire bridge empties before calling a list preferred... Waste of time

I liked everything about the flight. The service was excellent!

Delayed a day due to snow storm. Was upgraded. That kind of made up for significant delays from FLL to COS with no compensation or acknowledgement.

The crew were really great, but the 4 hour delay in small chunks was the worst.

That flight was smooth, and staff we courteous. it was a full flight so very tight. The boarding through security was not properly controlled. it was rushed and the scanning process for our bags, etc. was pilling up at the other end with no time to empty our belonging my personal items almost toppled over on the floor if i hadn't caught it rapidly. Was it just that time, or always like this - cant say. other than that all else was fine.

Other than the two hour delay, it was fine. Of course they were very professional and kept us informed throughout the whole delay..

Boarding was friendly and quick. While the plane model was older with no live tv, the entertainment was full of movies and tv shows. All food was available. Pilots were very communicative with status of the flight. Flight landed on time.

Good. The wife was not working but then it got resolved.

Good boarding. Crew started quick with drinks and food. They came around several times for trash which I really liked. Other than turbulence due to storms in the area, flight was great.

It was a good flight. Of course it was full, but it went well.

We sat on the plane for 1 hour because the airline was short handed could not be unloading.

We are gluten free, there were not any available complimentary gluten free options.

I was able to get on standby with relative ease

Flight delayed 3 times. We were directed to go to a gate across from our gate. The plane wasn't there yet so we had to wait for it to arrive, then deplane everyone and then wait again for the plane to be cleaned. After 45 minuites we were allowed on the plane. The first plane had mechanical issues. The 2nd plane must have had bathroom issues because we did not have any food service whatsoever. No snack or beverage. That made for a long time not to have anything considering that we had just made it to the original gate and we had no time to stop to get food or a drink. Then we didn't want to leave the gate to get food because we wouldn't know how much longer the delay would be. Then the next gate change. Had we been told that the total time would have been aprox 45 min later we would have left to get food and a beverage. We had to wait again for the okay to the pilot to take off so we were on the runway for another 20 min. Overall, we were delayed over 2 hours which felt like 4 hours.

Lots of weather delays that were poorly communicated and managed. I get there are weather delays but they didn’t make it clear what was happening or comfortable on the plane

Me and my husband experienced very bad in American Airlines. We missed our flight going to Doha. The American Airlines was delayed we arrived already 10:27pm. Supposed to be 9:40 pm. So what they did they rebooked our flight and they gave us a hotel. When we arrived at the hotel the front desk said it was fully booked already. Oh my gosh! I said why did you accept the booking if it's fully booked. The guy said that's American Airlines they just book even it's already full. That's 2am already, we have nothing to do so, we decided to go another hotel. We pay the room, food and taxi. Pls give an action on this matter. Refund our expenses and give us more compensation. Not only our room, food, taxi but also our efforts, tiredness looking for a room that can accommodate us.

Horrible. Flight was delayed and very bumpy. I was super unhappy

No meal on a cross country flight? SFO-MiA is pretty much the definition of a coast to coast flight. No meal provided. Sky high wi-fi rates too. Stop nickel and diming your customers.

On time and fast. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

The seat are terrible. Don’t even think of sleeping on a Spirit flight. The kids that run the plane aka flight attendants are pretty rude and straight forward. They get the job done but without class.

They seemingly have no respect for their customers, on any level. Avoid flying spirit, they will bump you to another flight without thinking twice so they can sell your seat, no joke.

3 hour delay was brutal though not Spirit Airlines fault. the control tower would not let us take off because of weather

I had a phobia for Spirit and now is 100% confirmed. Flight delayed, missed connecting flight and staying overnight . Now not even able to get my boarding pass until I’ll get into the airport. It’s really really bad at this point

You get what you pay for. At least they spend money on getting a crew with awesome customer service skills. Carousel was horrible. Waited over an hour for luggage. Mothers were there with young babies. Only one baggage handler was working the carousels. The flight could have been good had we not had this horribly long, exhausting wait twice on one trip.

Actual CLT experience was rough. I've never seen the airport as bad in regards to security lines and wait. (For not being a holiday) A lot of folks missed their flight this morning. Spirit is fine. But wasnt offered a beverage somehow. No worries but some how I missed it.

Flight from Tampa to Houston was canceled. SPIRIT rebooked me and they double booked my seat. Conclusion I COULD NOT TRAVEL TO HOUSTON. I MISSED MY GRANDDAUGHTER BIRTHDAY. I would not recommend this company. I will file a complaint. I will never consider SPIRIT as an airline . It’s a faker.

Sat on plane at gate for an hour and 45 minutes and the information being provided was not frequent enough and at times not truthful (waiting for paperwork about a part that had already been replaced...then watched maintenance guy bring part on board, install and leave, then told part was just installed...doesn't inspire confidence

The airlines delay the flight 1 day and we refuse to take that option instead we need to take a bus ride, now we are expecting for refund the money, it was a horrible experience.

If you take this airline, they WILL change the flight time, and make you miss your connection. It has happened every time I used it. It's so unreliable that I think it shouldn't be offered on Kayak. You will regret it!

In addition to the fact that Silver changed the flight time several days before the trip without offering any choices , I was sick with Covid and unable to go on the trip. I tried to ask Silver for a credit for a flight when I’d recooperated but they don’t do credits, even for illness. I will Never fly on Silver again

I canceled due to a 7 hour delay. Was forced to book another airline last minute , very expensive. Silver Aorways sucks

Our pilot and flight attendant, Desiree, were great. I always fly this route and this crew was better than most.

Easy boarding and deplaning. Short flight. Water was given but that was it.

While this is a VERY SMALL plane; take-off to landing was fine. It's the constant departure time changes that wore me out and I'll try to never use this inconsistent airway again. Four delays in one day. Done!!!!!!

This has been, by far, my worst experience with an airline company. I had a reservation for a Tuesday at 8:30 pm departure from Gainesville, FL (1.5 hours - direct flight) I received an email on Monday that my flight had been changed to Monday at night to depart from Jacksonville, FL (and it was an 11 .5 hours flight ). There was no way I would have had the time to gather my things, drive 1.5 hours to the Jacksonville airport, and make it on time to board the plane. Besides, I had a full day of work on Tuesday. The only good thing I xan say about Silver airlines is that they did give me a refund, but I had to wait about 4 hours for a call back
