On time, comfortable seats with plenty of leg room, nice staff. Pretty good!

I did not like anything about that flight. The check in at the gate was horrible. The inflight service was bad and WiFi was not available for me to be able to entertain myself since it was a long flight.

Becoming shittier by the day. Spirit airlines was way better and gave better value for money.

I asked to be moved near the bathroom due to kidney issues. The gate agent was very kind and did that for me.

The seat side plug ins didn’t work in my row, and I ran out of things to do since my iPad and iPhone ran out of juice. The flight attendant offered me a free drink but I don’t drink. I suggested a free snack box instead and she just shrugged and walked off. Why do us non-drinkers get the short end of the stick?

The flight crew was super friendly. All flights were on-time. Everything went smoothly!

I am an avid customer to Alaska Airlines and I was so disappointed with my flight experience on flight 639 with service from Phoenix to Seattle. This flight was supposed to take off at 7am. We sat on the airplane for an hour before we had to deplane due to a mechanical issue, which is fine. The agents working at the desk let us know that they would update us every 30 minutes with new information about our flight and that at the moment they were only helping customers who, due to the delay, would miss their connecting flights in Seattle, which was understandable. 1.5 hours went by before we got our first update of “unfortunately there is no update” finally, after 3 hours of waiting with hardly any update, I got in line with the rest of the passengers to figure out my next move due to the fact that I was supposed to be at a wedding that night and that I had spent a lot of money to make that morning flight. After sitting in line for over an hour to get help, I decided to call customer service to see if they could help me rebook a flight just in case, to which the agent said she could rebook me for a flight at 3:31pm that had 3 seats left on the flight. So I took it with the hopes that I would at least make the dinner portion of the wedding. I spoke to the gate agent and asked how I could retrieve my bags and he said they will be moved over to my new flight (2 gates down). Finally after being at the airport for 10 hours, it was time for me to hop on my new flight before I came to find out that I was on the standby list after being told that I had 1 of 3 seats that were left. I went and talked to the new agent to which he said, “yeah sorry there was a family who was after you on the waitlist so we gave them priority, so now there are 3 people ahead of you so you may actually not get on this flight.” All I could think about was how frustrated I was that I paid over $400 for a flight to get told that I may not make it home anytime soon. Finally, somehow a kind person gave up their seat for me to get on with compensation for him. When I mentioned that I had been at the airport since 5am (10+ hours) verbatim the gate agent said, “yeah that sucks, but it happens” absolutely no sympathy or support whatsoever. I then asked about my bag and if it was moved to this flight and the gate agent told me “they may not have had time to move it over so you might not get your bags today” so from my understanding from 11am when I changed my flight until 3:31pm my bag didn’t have time to move two gates? That seems ridiculous. Luckily I checked my app and it showed that it was moved. It was a long day of terrible customer service, no updates for new flights, long wait times, no compensation besides $12 for food that I didn’t even receive to my email until I landed in Seattle, having to wait 35 minutes for my bag at baggage claim upon my arrival in Washington, all to miss a wedding that I should have been a huge part of. So disappointing for someone who religiously flies with Alaska and has 4 or 5 more trips over the next few months with the airline and not a single dollar or mile returned for poor service.

Good! Although I wish I didn’t have to check my bag at the gate, when I got on the plane there was plenty of room for the bag.

The cabin stewart took care of my garment bag and then made sure I did not forget it on my way out. The stewardess gave me water after I missed the earlier service (I was asleep). I received good service overall.

It was a great flight and the flight crew was very helpful and professional.

Trip was smooth bumpy from the wind but no issues at all the crew attendant was very pleasant and had great customer service

I liked everything about the flight. The service was excellent!

Delayed a day due to snow storm. Was upgraded. That kind of made up for significant delays from FLL to COS with no compensation or acknowledgement.

The leg space between me and the seat in front of me was excellent.

Over two hours wait to get wheelchair assistance from arrival to the departure gate for LA was unreasonable even though there appreared to be heavy demand.

The seats were uncomfortable. The flight was almost 9 hours and they didn’t serve lunch

Our flight was delayed many times throughout the day. The final delay was about 8 hours. I spent time in line to speak to someone at their understaffed desk, and also spent time waiting online and then chatting with a service rep. None of the United employees were any help at all. I desperately wanted to go get rest and possibly re-book my trip but I was denied any compensation or voucher for a hotel. I was repeatedly told it was not United's fault and therefore they had no compensation to offer. Overall, a cold and callous experience.

The crew was nice but the people going to Orange County are so entitled. Everyone thinks everything is suppose for be perfect for them. Tough crowd.

Flight crew and pilots did great. Flight way delayed due to a part needing replacement. Based on what the pilot indicated- the maintenance crew could’ve resolved this more efficiently than replacing whole part- and taken less time

Flight canceled due to weather. Rescheduled flight canceled due to maintenance. I’m stuck!

I arrived to the airport 2 hours before my American Airlines flight was scheduled to take off. I have TSA pre-check. The airport was crazy packed when I arrived. After momentarily standing in the pre-check line, the TSA agent said that I am not pre-check. Of course I said that I am because I entered my KTN number on all my traveling sites and programs. I had to get out of line and go back to the AA counter to discover that American Airlines did not add my KTN to my boarding pass. I had to call TSA to find out my number, then have AA enter it onto my boarding pass. The emblem would not load onto my boarding pass. By this time, I decided to use my Clear in order to get through TSA but the line was ridiculous long. By the time I made through TSA, I missed my 11:08am flight and was re-booked for the 5:30pm. This is after the AA employee told me I should have gotten to the airport early. AA use to be a dependable airline not I use them only if I have too.

Flight from SBP to DFW 1. They rerouted us through PHX 2. Delayed flight out of SBP for 3 hrs so we missed our connection Downgrade on rerouted flight. Back of the plane, center seats, didn't sit together 4. Return flight out of DFW same exact thing. Delayed, missed connection, Downgrade + they lost our luggage! A complete mess.

Do not eat the bagel! Otherwise, good albeit late, breakfast in first. Boarding downgrade only because flight was delayed due to plane change due to undisclosed problem with original aircraft. I did not use entertainment.

Was as expected. Good leg room on planes - much appreciated.

Fight crew was not very attentive and the bastions were gross!

I don’t think the flight attendants are happy. They do not seem to be friendly or welcoming.

Gossipy flight attendants talked the whole flight about bar hopping and dating.

Didn't like the 6 hour delay as it caused me to miss all of my connections. Still, I did get home safely 14 hours late but exhausted.

Flight delayed, boarding time kept changing, not good. Nee firm information given each time.

I had trouble finding a boarding pass because I had an hour between Flights and American did not see my flight I believe because I was ticketed through KAYAK. I did not have enough time to go to the desk before boarding so I went to the desk and told them while I was boarding and they had a boarding pass for me within three minutes. Nice. I paid extra to have more legroom and it is definitely worth it for a six hour flight. I would’ve paid for a decent dinner, but they didn’t offer anything but a snack box —not good for six hours.

Terrible as usual!!!! Very unprofessional and rude flight attendants! You get what you pay for! HORRIBLE

The text told me it was changed to Terminal E and Gate D5. But with no one on site to ask questions there was confusion on where to go as all the gates were E's. Then we took the skyline to the D area. We left to get something to eat. No announcement was made but my daughter happened to asked and they told her our gate was moved to D12. I will not fly Spirit again.

Unnecessary announcements through out flight. WiFi on plane is terrible and overpriced

Cancelled my flight last minute and had to end up driving to Texas from Atlanta last minute. I’m going to miss another day of work, drive back to Atlanta , in my own car and spirit doesn’t want to refund the money. First time I tried flying anyone else but delta and I get ripped off . And I had. To pay for seats for a flight that didn’t happen. Usually you could say you get what you pay for but in this case, didn’t get anything and paid for everything never flying spirit again, or even attempting it or thinking about it.

Flight from Tampa to Houston was canceled. SPIRIT rebooked me and they double booked my seat. Conclusion I COULD NOT TRAVEL TO HOUSTON. I MISSED MY GRANDDAUGHTER BIRTHDAY. I would not recommend this company. I will file a complaint. I will never consider SPIRIT as an airline . It’s a faker.

My flight was cancelled and I am stranded in another state

Had to board plan 2x due to lack of security check after 1st boarding

Bad weather is one thing but repeatedly changing gates AND terminals after several hours of delays was horrible. Additionally after the long delays, gate agents were delaying us evening further by being overly picky with personal item bag sizes. Get a grip.

Don’t fly with Spirit unless you wanna be treated like trash. Racist employee too

Horrendous. Wish they would have just shot me in the leg instead.

Not have to pay for every single item to take a flight. Seating and delays sucked.

Flight was cancelled and I had to spend the night in the airport lugging my suitcase around

If you don’t check in 24 hours in advance, they will charge you $110 to check your bag instead of the $30. I did not get an email with this information and did not check in. In addition, my flight home was cancelled at layover and I had to spend the night in the airport, and then have another layover at another airport before making it home. Will not fly frontier again.

Terrible. Seats are bad and the baggage policy is inconsistent

Flight delayed 3 times, resulting in late arrival, rental car place gave car away resulting in increased BS charges because I was late. Frontier blows.

I paid for extra leg room. The flimsy plastic seat underneath the floatation seat did not line up with the arm rests. It seemed as if the plastic part was zip tied on but immovable. This caused severe uncomfortable for the duration of the flight.

Left Denver late, then sat on tarmac 30 min after arrival

Better than I expected but I did pay for a seat and carry on bags ahead of time.

Crew members are very rude and not cooperate with passengers.

30 minute delay due to boarding and settling of a family.
