Packed in like sardines, very uncomfortable. Sitting the aisle my shoulder was rammed into numerous times by rushing flight attendants. Also flight was very cold.

one hour to board connecting flight from frankfurt trying to beat the far Z gate and with immigration of USA ppus waited for delayed boarding in gare for an hour and fly half gour late worst transit im frankfurt this airlines are for profit passengers are victim of dysfunctional airline frankfurt so crowded restroom are too small
Love flying United have being using United for over 12 years and always delivers value.
I got upgraded, so comfort was not an issue. But as always, it is the people from baggage handlers, flight attendants, pilots etc. that make the difference.
Couldn’t get the tv screen to work, didn’t try food, so no comment
Seats were very comfortable and everything was in good working order. Crew was disengaged to the point of being rude.
A lot of room for improvement; delayed boarding and take off, room in a seat…horrible. I was seated by a larger person and had no room to rest my elbows, not to mention her body was partially sitting on my seat. The food was quite poor this time as well. Bathrooms half way down the flight- disgusting….
Wi-Fi was not working. Boarding lanes were a mess.

Packed so tightly, some rows didn't even have their own windows. Flight delayed 20+ minutes because of mechanical issue. Offered odd, unappetizing snacks that I couldn't eat anyway because I'd have to be bonkers to take off my N95 mask on a plane that crowded. Could barely move in my own seat. Subjected to a credit card offer, underlining the Atlantic article I read the other day about how U.S. airlines are now basically just banks that happen to offer some mediocre transportation services. The one saving grace is that the flight arrival was delayed much less than the takeoff issues would have suggested. Also, the security area at O'Hare Terminal 1 has been made utterly hideous. I feel so, so sorry for that out-of-place dinosaur fossil. Set it free from its ugly prison.
Iberia personnel on the ground is so rude. I would think twice in the future before booking another Iberia flight

All corners have been cut and it’s a cheap experience that no longer is distinguished from most other cheap airlines
The entertainment system got stuck in the ABBA music channel. The headsets were not loud enough. My pre purchased aisle seat was not honoured

I can’t comment on food as it was necessary to buy it. No entertainment.
Everything was fantastic except the Iberia website and app… they left a lot of questions and induced much stress. But once on the plane, all was awesome.
Premium economy class is pathetic. Rubbed shoulders with passenger next to me all flight. Only about 20 passengers in that class but they ran out of one food option shortly after started serving the main meal. Flight attendant was curt and acted annoyed when asked any questions.
My flight with I berira was okay byt the lost my bags I still dont have them also the transit flight was so no comfortable so I dont think will go with them throught and transit flight again
Iberia is an excellent airline, I spent years flying with them and I recommend them 100×100, both locally and internationally.
Very BAD crew service They ignore at all any call for service . Very rude from the check in process to all the tripularion members in the fight .
Extremely efficient and incredibly friendly staff. Very organized to board and to de-plane. They were all very attentive during the flight.

Boarding, crew and flight were very smooth and efficient. It was a bit difficult to understand the announcements on board, but it is a minor thing. What was quite bad was the very long time it took to retrieve the luggage at the Frankfurt airport.
Service on plane was appalling. Cabin crew did not want to help with anything. Window darkening screen did not work so we had to sit in the sun for a few hours until it went down. TV screen did not work and cabin crew just shrugged their shoulders and did not care. We waited for over 2 hours for headphones so we could try watch one screen between 2 people. We had to go to back of plane to request basic water as crew never responded to call request. Will be letting many others know to warn them off ever using Air Europa. Total disaster of their own making
Terrible app. Working off paper stickies for seat reservations doesn’t work anymore.
I like Air Europa in the way you make passengers feel important, well attended the whole trip.!It was first time in your company and hope I can repeat this experience many more times!
Place above head to place the rucksack in is smaller than in other planes, so it needed to be located under the front seat.
Great experience, I just wish airline seats were more comfortable in general.
Onboarding process and crew was excellent and efficient, Information display was great. Keep on the good work and same standard. Nothing to change.
