Pros: Ended up with a nice, comfortable vehicle with all the bells and whistles.
Cons: They had originally given me a with a warning light on. After I insisted that the sales person sign something releasing me and stating that she told me that the vehicle was okay to drive, she decided to give me an upgrade instead.

Great service. Not so clean car
Pros: Service and price was great.
Cons: Was a pretty bad odor coming from the trunk. Sprayed twice with frebreeze and still was bad. Someone should have caught a smell that bad before renting the car!!

Pros: Overall, 99% was excellent. Thank you.
Cons: I hit a heavy rain on my way home to Memphis. The windshield wipers were horrible. I recommend either replacing them more frequently or applying RainX to the windshield. Ensuring the safety of your driver should be a priority.

Pros: Good gas and neat car
Cons: Disappointed when I was on freeway and found out it didn't have cruise. I thought every new car should have cruise.

Only one amenity missing...
Cons: The only thing I didn't like about this car was how basic the model was. there was NO way to plug in your phone to play your music. The USB port did not work for connectivity, only for charging - and there was no AUX port. Too bad I didn't bring my CD's!

Pros: I was greeted with a smile. Checked in and upgraded quickly. Returning the vehicle was also quick. All my receipts came to my inbox without any hassle. Great experience.

Pros: Vehicle was clean and in good condition.
Cons: The person assisting with the transaction lied to me. I left my wallet in the vehicle. I came back to ask her if I could look inside the car soon after dropping the vehicle. She told me that the car had already been rented out for someone else. She also said that she checked the vehicle and she didn't find anything. A day later, I get a call from this branch and the person told me that they had found my wallet. I came back into the branch and the same lady was there that had assisted me earlier. She wouldn't look me in the eye. She knew she had done something wrong. But the car itself was great. My only concern was the poor customer service.

Pros: They had a vehicle to rent.
Cons: Not the vehicle I reserved. Tried to downgrade me without discount and ultimately upgraded me for increased rate. I've never had to pay more when they didn't have the vehicle I reserved.

What am I paying?
Pros: The car was in good shape, easy to pick up and comfortable.
Cons: I was quoted $291.00 for 3 day rental which is very high. I returned the car in under three days and was told I was going to pay $380? I The gas was full. The rental was put under another name when I brought it in, I had to go to the desk and get it all reviewed. Was told I was going to have to pay $380 plus even though I had a printed quote for 291.00 in hand from when I got the car at Chattanooga. Spend 15 minutes and got it fixed. So, the price is silly for 3 days. It's like $95 per day and I'm paying for the gas? Never paid so much. Getting my name mixed up is confusing. I do not think I will use enterprise again.

Enterprise canceled the reservation!
Cons: After making the reservation, Enterprise called and said they didn't actually have any cars available. Very sketchy.
So, I called back a few hours later and again, Enterprise gladly took my reservation (even though I'd already been told there were no cars available). I get a new higher price this time. Interesting...
