Cons: Alamo didn't have the car I reserved online. So they made me pay to upgrade my car. I was not happy about that at all. It should have been free upgrade since it was Alamo's fault. I won't be using Alamo again

Pros: They had the vehicle type we were looking for and it and not too out of the price range I was looking for but hey, otherwise that vehicle probably would have been rented! Felt safe in the vehicle and could see my surroundings. Reliable and good gas mileage. Check in and check out went smoothly. Would rent from them again.

Good service and value
Pros: Loved the Honda that I rented. Great car at a nice price. Counter help was professional and friendly. Small airport made getting to and from the parking area very easy.

Pros: It was a low cost drop off fee for a one way rental. The car was adequate for our needs and was a low gas consumer.

Booked my rental online...ONLY TO FIND OUT THE CAR
Pros: Nothing. I didn't get a vehicle.
Cons: The fact that my booking was confirmed, yet when I went to the counter, was informed that the website was making bookings for cars that didn't exist. They had absolutely zero available vehicles, yet I was "confirmed" by Alamo/Kayak. Would have wound up stranded in Grand Junction, had it not been for another gentleman who actually did get a vehicle who gave me a ride back to Denver.
Pros: The price thru Kayak was awesome! A better price than Avis could give me by far. The reservation online was easy.
Cons: The car didn't look like it had been cleaned when we got it. I also called the Avis location multiple times to make sure they had available car seats and was assured they had plenty- but didn't have a single one when I picked the car up. I had to wait for them to bring one from another location.
Cons: I didn't like that budget couldn't accommodate our full size car when it was having trouble. Instead of an up grade they wanted to down grade us to a compact car. Then customer service laughs at me. If u started with customer service it would be ten times better .

Cons: When I showed up to pick up my vehicle they had no cars left. I asked to upgrade when they did have more cars driven in from a nearby hertz. They said "those are for the people who reserved a larger car" and that I reserved a economy. I mentioned that they gave away my car so why can't they alow me to have somebody else's and if they would please tell me why they gave away my car. When I asked her to explain she simply said "no" honest to God she said no she won't explain. I recorded this conversation on my phone. Will be happy to send the video of this conversation. I was calm and did not yell. I just simply got "no" for an answer when I asked if she would explain. Was a arrogant horrific answer.
