Hello I first came to your location a half an hour earlier to find out that the car was dirty when I receive the car 45 minutes later the car was full of cat hair dog hair I was very upset I did tell them I was not taking that car they need to get me another car which then they had to go another half an hour to get a different vehicle when I receive the vehicle getting on the road I observed a check engine light was on at that moment I had no time to turn around already hour and 15 minutes late leaving I was very unhappy I didn’t mention it to them8.0 Very good

First guy in Charleston told us it would be $210 at pick up and made us buy the fuel package (so we didn’t have to fill up before we dropped off the car) and told us that they charge for a full tank and refund you the difference based on fuel level at drop off. (LIE) the woman at drop off refused to refund the difference (we dropped off with half a tank left) she made us leave and drive 10 minutes to the nearest gas station and fill up (only cost $20 and they tried to charge $80) and after dropping it off she tried to charge us extra for the time we had the car!! We had it less than 24 hours and she tried to charge us 2 days rate. She finally gave up trying to rob us but delayed us just enough time to miss the shuttle and have to pay to get to our cruise. Never will we use Budget car rental again!!!Cons:

They had me coming back to their location for two days and never had a car available. I finally gave up. I had made my reservation 45 days earlier and they couldn't complete their end of the bargain. The best they said they could do was they would " Let me" sit in the waiting area at the end of the line and wait for a car to appear! This was on my third trip to their location and two days after by rental was supposed to begin! While waiting we noticed that the "walk-up" rate for cars had risen to over $100/ day. I believe they "better dealed" me. My rate was $43/day. Never again! I will spread the word that Enterprise Cos.are dishonest.Sixt

Walked into an empty location with a telephone ringing off the hook. After about 10 minutes a man walked in, went behind the counter and without saying a word, nodded his head back to acknowledge my presence and call me over to the counter. The car was dirty inside and out. He said he would take it to put it through a car wash but it should have been clean when he brought it to me. Overall poor experience at pick-up. Drop-off at airport location was completely different. Very friendly people and a very easy process.4.0 Mediocre
