Pros: Pickup and return were easy and efficient in the baggage claim area. I was upgraded to a larger car and got a Toyota Camry. The comfort and fuel efficiency of the car were very impressive. Overall the rental was very satisfactory.
Cons: The Billings airport could use a few more signs for rental return.

Pros: Got a bigger, better SUV than rented. Toyota 4Runner instead of Kia Sportage.

Cons: They did not have the car we asked for. They service counter was not knowledgeable. we were forced to take a smaller car and swap it out later for a bigger car. they charged us more than quoted.They tried to make us pay for the reservation before the car was rented. i will not rent Alamo again.
Pros: It might have been a little more inconvient because it was off site. But we needed a good 4 -wheel drive truck for the time were were hunting and fishing in Montana. This truck was the best. And being able to help support a local business was a bonus.

Cons: arrived at billings airport and couldn't find the fox counter. was told they are not in airport. use the house phone to call them. called them but no answer. left message. they never called. rented from hertz

Fox car rental goes above and beyond my expectatio
Pros: I would recommend Fox car rental to anyone needing a great reliable vehicle. Besides the nice maintained vehicle the service was very polite and professional!

Great rates, but make sure they are in terminal as
Pros: Best rate offered on the car we wanted, car was clean and we were given a good rate on refueling at return after we'd forgotten to fuel up.
Cons: The reservation claims they are 'in terminal' at Billings, MT (BIL) airport, but they are not in the terminal and are actually located downtown Billings. We had to call and wait 15 minutes for arrival. After pick up, you need to go to their office to sign paperwork. The return works the same way. Would have been nice to know in advance that they are not actually in the terminal.
Cons: No one at counter when we arrived. Our flight arrived late and they left. 1am and no car. Lucky Hertz was open. Guess who I will use from now on.

Cons: It was uncomfortable to not have someone check the car back in at the airport, had to just park it and leave, and no one at the counter. Damage could have occurred in the parking lot after I left, and I could have been held responsible.
Other than that, a satifactory experience.
