Cons: The poor rating for pickup/dropoff was related to the pickup which was not done well at all by the Budget person. Quite unpleasant and I would go so far as to say rude. The dropoff was completely different and was quite good. It was efficient, no issues and the people very kind and helpful.
While the car was new, less than 12 km, there was still the plastic coverings on the upholstery and the doors and the windscreen/windows were dirty.
On value for money it should be noted that all vehicles in Israel are expensive to rent/own simply because there is a very high government tax on imports. So, for Israel this is probably not a poor price but from a worldwide perspective it is not good.
