Pros: The staff who came to check the car in was very helpful.

Pros: Great staff, great car, ease in pickup and drop off.
Cons: Cars were sold out. Had to make special trip back to airport to get exact car I rented for special occasion (convertible). But the staff was very apologetic (out of their hands for sure) and helped make it work out ok.

Friendly Service From Start to Finish
Pros: Both sides of the trip, the service was top notch. Friendly when I signed up, and amazing when I arrived at 9:58, for a 10pm return, that I was going to get dinged. I didn't, and I was allowed to fill up the tank. Amazing customer service from start to finish

Cons: Car was fine, but agent was not at the desk when I arrived. I had to go to the back to get him to come out. Then he was not very friendly and tried to overcharge me as I was picking the car up earlier than anticipated as our flight got in early.

Pros: They were extremely accommodating to switch out my original rental even though I didn't rent from them originally. They were very pleasant and wanted to help in every way possible even though they didn't have many cars on the lot. My original rental that was given to me was extremely dirty and had vomit in the back floor. But this company in Greer was more than accommodating to get a replacement.

Cons: Couldn't honor the reservation because they were short on cars.
Pros: Liked the customer service agents. They were awesome.
Cons: The car smelled..no REEKED..of cigarettes. Someone didn't charge the $250 fine for smoking in the vehicle I guess. Also the tires had limited tread and the vehicle was all over the highway. What an awful experience.
Pros: Everything EXCEPT for the car I rented (Nissan Sentra) was to-notch. Excellent service. Quick out, quick in.
Cons: I had a choice between the Sentra and a Chevy Cruze. I should have taken the Cruze. The Sentra was a very very basic model, hardly any features. Manual seats. Zero pickup. But that's mostly on me and certainly no reflection of Enterprise's exemplary customer service.

Pros: The counter personnel at pick up and drop off were very professional and enthusiastic even though they were busy.
I could'nt find my car at pick up and one of the counter people stepped out and located it for me. The Car was very comfortable and had all the necessary buttons to make a long journey tolerable.
Pros: The quick process of dropping off the vehicle.
Cons: The interior of the vehicle was in horrendous condition. Third row had stains and candy stuck to the seat. The cup holders all had some syrupy goo in them and there was and awful stench in the vehicle.
