Pros: Fast courteous service. Great price. I did porchase their insurance it had better coverage.
Cons: Don't by rental car from Kayak it's a third party vendor with little
Coverage. so we cancelled that coverage and got bumper to bumper with enterprise for a few dollars more.

Pros: Granada Hills CA branch has one angle her name is Carissa I had compact small carshe did not have any and she upgrade me to Truck I was thinking to mo ve some stuff around house and I did it she is absolutely one of the BEST
I work in ship and rent all the time but this time was really GREAT
I will not buy any car because of this place treat me like my own family
Pros: The location was 28 miles from where I had asked for a pick up. So I could not use it.

Cons: There was not a car available even though you confirmed it. I had to rent a car through Enterprise. I would not use your website again.

Pros: The car itself was fine.
Cons: poor customer service, waited an hour to get the car. there were at least a dozen other people that came in while I was their and they had no cars for them even though they had reservations. The staff was slow and they were terrible communicators, and the car was dirty. I feel lucky that I even got the car. Never again, the little bit I saved was offset by the wait to get the car, and return it.
Pros: Ended up with upgrade but had to wait and hour for it.
Cons: Arrived at location when they opened to pick up car. They told us they had no cars. I said I have a reservation and they said it is for 9:00 am not 8:00 am. I said you are telling me you have no cars? What kind of car rental place has no cars? Others came in having to wait for cars. Everyone was not happy having to wait. We were lucky since we made our reservation the earliest of the bunch. I felt the staff could have been a little nicer in this situation but they never apologized or took responsibility for not having cars. Even the restroom didn't work. Had to go to Riteaid to use it there. Finally 9:00 rolls around and I ask them again. The car is coming. Then I pulled the Seinfeld line - you are great with taking reservations, but your problem is holding the reservation. 9:05 the said the car is here but I didn't see one returned. They said the were giving me an upgrade. We went outside to church the car and I said it was not washed. They told me it was washed yesterday. So I said you could have given me the upgrade an hour ago but you didn't. So much for the sign in the lobby that expresses how fast they are: sign says they get the customer to zoom off. Well that was not true in this instance. They could have but made us wait. I have never been to any other car rental place where you could not get your car a bit early. They always have cars. Not at this location. I hope they try to make this right because if they don't, it just tells me I need to stick with Enterprise because I never have had any problems with them. We will see what Hertz does. I hope they try to make things right.
