I needed to travel with 5 more people and booked a minivan a week ahead. At the day of my travel, at 8 am, I got a call informing me that the car is not available and that no other cars that sit at least 6. They told me that if such a car would get available during the day, they will call me. Since I needed to leave, I cancelled the booking. My vacation was ruined

Nothing in particular. Except for it being near a gas station making it easy to fill before returning.

Cons:

More staff to help the customer. There was a one man show goin on and that’s not ok. Also, the Nissan Versa is complete garbage.
