Didn't fulfill my reservation
Pros: Abosutelly nothing.
Cons: I made a reservation a week in advance for an economy car to pick it up at La Aurora Airport in Guatemala. I called them as my making my way there to pick up the car, they pulled up my reservation and they said "Sorry, we don't have cars." I told the person on the phone that I had made a reservation a week in advance and that I needed the car, she replied "sorry, we don't have cars". I asked her if they had cars in another of their locations in the city, again "sorry, we don't have cars". I asked if they had another type of car, I got the same "sorry, we don't have cars". I was never notified of this. I called two hours in advance before pick up the car so it wasn't like I showed up late to pick it up. I was never offered a way to solve this problem, something like giving me another type of car at the price of my reservation or even getting me a car from another company. I was left out to figure it out on my own in a third world country, I had a tight travel schedule so I needed a car at that moment. After two hours of searching around I had to bite the bullet and rent a car for THREE times more money that what I made my reservation for. I even went on Budget's website and it said they DID have cars! I am never renting with them again and if you don't want to be left out in the wind in a third world country shouldn't do you.
