Cons: I didn't know that I had to return it exactly at the time I picked it up. I was told it was to the minute. That added a bit a stress.
When I booked it I didn't know exactly when I would be picking it up so I estimated and I got there early and had to sit and wait until that time or extra fees would have been applied. I think there should be some flexibility.

Poor info at the counter
Cons: Was told there was a drop box at return location when there wasn't and was charged another day because of it
Cons: Our reservation was for 08:00. I was called at 07:50 (10 minutes prior to our pick up) and told that there wasn't a car available and that they were only able to place 5 out of 12 reservations in cars the previous day. There "wasn't anything that could be done" so I called the customer service line. This was an incredibly cumbersome process with no assistance provided. I made four separate calls. I was transferred to Dollar Rentals to see if they would have a car for me? I do not feel that this situation was handled well by the Hertz company from every angle. I did not feel that, I, the customer should have been responsible for calling other locations and companies for your error. It was very unprofessional.
