Pros: Loved the Mazda 3. Liked the staff, very helpful.
Cons: I pre-paid, including CDW, but was charged for a higher level of CDW, which I had to dispute.

Cons: we were late due to traffic. They had a car though and we realized that the card used and the drivers license were in two different names (same last name, same account) so they made us call customer service to get that changed and so we changed it in store and cancelled the order and created a new one and literally turned around and handed them the card and they said they gave the car away, even though the whole process took less than 5 minutes. Extremely rude customer service. Girl working wasn't doing anything and yet still wouldnt help. Had to wait to even get acknowledged.

Cons: Car had a lot of exterior damage. Car was dirty inside and out and had funny smell.

Pros: Easy pick up and drop off.
Cons: We had a car problem. Hertz was not knowledgeable or helpful. The way the representative wanted to take care of the situation would have cost over $300 versus the $ 80 we paid.
Pros: The location was very close to my house. The attendant was very personable and professional. The car was ready as promised.
Cons: The vehicle appeared a little worn and the engine had minor performance issues, but overall it was clean and certainly functioned adequately. When we told the attendant he said it probably would be removed soon from the rental fleet and sold.
