Not able to change credit card over the phone afte
Cons: I returned the car at the airport instead of the location where I picked it up. At the airport I was not given a receipt with the advice to request it from the location. The location was not able to sent it me as email, even after requesting it three times. Are they living in 1985? They also were not able to put the charge on a different credit card. They said I would need to stop by and swipe the card on their terminal...very funny when you are about 3000 miles away! Again, that is about 1985 standard. Shape up, Enterprise customer-un-support!
