Responsibility after drop off and not gas reimburs
Pros: Friendly personal
Cons: I didn't like the fact that after dropping off the car on Sunday (the office was closed) I found a paper stating that I am responsible for the car until the next business day. I find this unfair. I could keep the car in safer location till the next business day.
I wasn't reimbursed for more gas I brought with the car than it was available.

Cons: Pickup too far from airport, but was able to drop off at airport even though the rental place said it would cost an eclxtra $50 to do so, but the airport rental waived this

Pros: They picked us up and drove us to their location. Paperwork was completed quickly. Absolutely no problem with the car for the week. When we returned the car, they drove us back home right away, no waiting for a shuttle.
Cons: I would have appreciated a notice of a few different traffic signals in BC since they saw my drivers license was from Quebec.

Pros: It was the people at SEA-TAC who made this an ordinary rental- no issue with the North Vancouver office.

Pick-up in Vancouver
Pros: Friendly people, good rather new car (with a California license plate), so we got quite a few looks from the "locals" ;-)
No hard sell for additional insurance and extras, no problems encountered during the 3 weeks rental period.
Cons: We decided not to pick-up the car at the airport, but in the city center, since this turned out to be significantly cheaper. We called with the Enterprise helpdesk to inform if there was a shuttle service (we explicitly mentioned the address of the pick-up location) and we were told "yes, we have a shuttle service". However, when we arrived at the shuttle service at the airport, we were told they do not have a service to the location in te city center.
So we took a taxi to take us downtown, to the Enterprise location at 999 Canada Pl. Our cab driver could take us to the location without a problem, but the Enterprise office was very hard to find. We again called the helpdesk from our Taxi and with the help of google maps the very helpful lady from Enterprise finally could tell us we needed to be inside a hotel, where the rental office was located.
Once we found it, everything was OK, on the way to excellent, very friendly people!
Pros: Staff was super helpful with installing the car seat

Easy and friendly service
Pros: Fast and efficient service. Friendly staff. Free upgrade on our car.
Cons: Hard to get in touch with customer service while on the road. Only email I found online was to the US branches - they were fast and helpful, but would be better if Canada had their own service email printed on the rental-papers because things are different from the states.

Cons: Did not even end up renting the car, was not informed of the hours for pickup, arrived 15 mins after scheduled pickup and booth was closed, called several times and could not get through to anyone.. Hoped I was not gong to be charged but now seeing full rental and insurance charge on my credit card. Just got off phone with customer service who said this is a non cancellation fee for booking and not showing up in time. Will not be using this service again

Great car for 10 day vacation
Pros: We were upgraded to a Cadillac. Car was in great condition. Comfortable and smooth ride. Car was near empty of gas and we could return the same.
