Cons: Confirmation call on my voicemail forgot to mention the closing time. I arrived a little after my scheduled pick-up time (which turned out to be the closing time) and found the doors locked. When I called the other Enterprise location in town, the representative put me on "hold for 5 sec" to check for a car for me from their lot. I waited 15 min on the line before hanging up - no call back, nothing. Very poor customer service.
Cons: I was told to pick up my vehicle on a Sunday 9-12 because they would close in the afternoon. They were closed the whole day. I could have picked up on Saturday. They wanted me to wait until Monday, and I could not. I did find vehicle at the air-port but it cost me more that before.
