Price was reasonable, room was clean and inviting. The complimentary breakfast was good and the location was convenient and close to family we were visiting. We would stay here again.
Pillows were a little flat - if we stay again I might bring my own as well as a thicker/more comfortable blanket for the bed. The heat in the room worked great but it was FREEZING as soon as you walk into the hallway (we stayed on the ground floor)
Room was very small, bathroom door would not close entirely. Also, the hot tub water was ice cold and we were unable to enjoy the amenities.
The staff was nice and accommodated us for the second night by finding us a new room.
I have never stayed in such a small hotel room. I expected much better for $127 per night plus taxes & fees. We were placed in a room the first night that was right by an outside door. We hardly got any sleep with people going in and out all night long, talking very loudly. We could also hear the people in the adjoining room through the vent in our bathroom; it sounded as if they were in our room. We requested a new room for the second night and were moved. The second room was much quieter.
Everything was clean and very comfortable! Breakfast was great, but it was too chilly to try out the pool.
Breakfast was very crowded but otherwise I have no complaints.
Friendly & helpful staff, AWESOME breakfast that was well-stocked and kept clean. Great grounds. Clean motel. Laundry facilities. Highly recommend!!
Wished there was an indoor pool in addition to the outdoor one.
The location and the ease of parking and hotel design. Tje staff was wonderful and accommodating.
The bathroom did not have any type of fan so the steam made the floors slippery and the room smelled musty because of it. I had to keep the AC blasting so the must would not smell. The sink drain was broken I had to call maintenance and fix it myself once I knew how. The gym has no AC all week so I couldn't use the facilities it was so warm in there. The rugs in the hallways need to be steam cleaned. The hotel lacked basic up keep.
