Cons: Car parking. Heating controls difficult to work out.
Pros: Big comfy beds and large room
Cons: Access to bistro has been moved and cant get through from accommodation anymore. Now you get cold and wet going to dinner.
Pros: Great quiet location, great food
Pros: Everything all under same roof Accomodation, food, entertainment and easy access with plenty of parking
Cons: The room was a little to warm and could not open a window
Cons: I was mildly disappointed to find that there was no microwave in the room, but I probably should have noticed that while reading the list of facilities available.
Pros: Bed was low in the middle - difficult for me to sleep on LHS of bed
Pros: Bed was very comfortable, bathrooms great.
Cons: Staff was rude, served another customer while half way through my checkin as she didn’t want to have to say the checkin info twice. So check in took 20 minutes. Asked for a bond to cover mini bar etc then refunded it the next morning after asking if I had taken anything from the mini bar (without staff checking) odd practise.
Pros: The rooms were spacious and extremely clean. Recently refurbished, so bathrooms were sparkling, fresh and beyond expectations.
Pros: Close to all amenities
Cons: Nothing to dislike

Pros: How quiet it was being right next to a busy road. Easy access. Good parking.
Cons: Nothing we didn't like

Pros: Staff was ready to help n breakfast was included which was good no need to go hunting for breakfast on Sunday morning when most shops open late Bathroom n rooms were very clean
Cons: Just a bit noisy bcoz of Saturday night
Pros: Nice and clean. Bed was comfortable.
Cons: Not much really. The pricing was $20 - $30 more than I would like it to be.
Pros: Breakfast was great. Everything was clean and comfortable. The hairdryer was missing when we arrived and they bought us another one lickety split.
Cons: Shower caps would be great.
Pros: Staff were awesome. Food at venue was excellent and great value. Room was neat, tidy and up to date. Bed was very comfortable. Great location, close to shopping centre and motorway to mornington peninsula.
Cons: Didn't really take into account how noisy it would be on a Saturday night. Noise from beer garden and band was very loud and went to after midnight so would think again about booking a venue like this with a child.
Pros: Close to the baseball ground and easy access.
Cons: The TV, wi fi kept popping up.
Pros: Very clean and the room that we were in was modern and well heated
Cons: It was a bit noisey from the hotel but overall it was very good
Pros: Room was very clean and comfortable and good value for money.
Cons: Unfortunately our room was right next to a bar area that had Karaoke going until midnight which was extremely loud and we were not warned about this. It would be nice to have some information in the room about WIFI passwords, Netflix etc.
Pros: Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very spacious and clean, it made the stay very comfortable. The breakfast included was quite good! They had a range of condiment options. I also liked that they provided a hairdryer, Iron board and additional space to hang coats. The location was great for where our plans were. A/C kept it nice and warm during our winter stay.
Cons: There was no shower cap provided which was a bit inconvenient for some of us. An additional rubbish bin in the main room would have been preferred over the small one in the bathroom. We didn’t receive a new hand towel on the second day.
Pros: every thing, Late check out, early check in, snakes for 4, Free Netflix,
Cons: WiFi was not fast, I could not watch Netflix on TV as it is available for free
Pros: all round good and plenty parking
Cons: only issue was overwhelming smell of bleach but it wore off

Pros: Service, owners very nice and understanding. The place was clean deep pool and spa. 5min close walk to a quiet beach.
Pros: Loved the spa and the bed was comfortable.
Cons: Inadequate breakfast supplies. The ad says there is a coffee machine, there was not one.
Cons: Wi Fi would have been a bonus as the area is in a location where we could not get any connections to the net.. we were not to worried as it is a Retreat and no internet meant more relaxing time. DVD player did not work so entertainment was limited to local Television a movie selection would be a good idea.
Pros: Excellent location for us, my sister lives around the corner. Very spacious room with everything you need. Jillian was an excellent host.
Cons: Felt like maybe the room hadn’t been used in a while, some attention to detail needed in the cleaning department (dust mainly). Can hear people and tv in neighbouring rooms pretty loudly.
Pros: 310 for a night ? There was nothing like luxury hotels No shampoo,no soap,no toothpaste ,no tissues
Cons: Bad services and good amount taken for a ight
Cons: Overpriced for what we got. The bathroom had not been cleaned properly. The heater wouldn’t work. Two towels provided, but only one face washer.
Pros: Quaint and homely Welcoming items.
Pros: the breakfast provided and extras very good, however we did not realise that the spa was so high to get into for 70 year olds and no grab rails.
Cons: the general maintenance around and in the property not up to our standard too far away to nearby beach.

Pros: That it was local and easy to book into m
Cons: Thst it was a bit run down. The windows really dirty and blankets old
Pros: Room was unclean. I wouldn't recommend staying here due to the amount of foul language. Tenants bashing on door at 6am in the morning and having police get called at 6am. People hanging around premises that didn't look safe.
Pros: The Indian restaurant next to it
Cons: Bathroom lights were very noisy. Room was almost too cold.
Cons: GOT WOKEN UP BY NOISE AT 530 AND POLICE WAS CALLED BY OTHER CUSTOMERS
Pros: Location was great for what we wanted. Close to the train and supermarket.
Cons: Needed to supply a sachet of dishwashing liquid and a dish cloth, but really these are little things. Overall good accommodation.
Pros: Location close to family
Cons: Bed very hard and room cold but soon got extra blankets and heater going
Pros: I liked the price and was pleasantly surprised about the size and comfort of the bed. The staff were very welcoming and we had the best stay.
Cons: What do you expect for a $100 room? Yes a little dated but other than that I can compare it exactly to a couple of $200+ rooms I've stayed in. To me there's no difference.
Pros: Good value. Rooms clean and have been lightly renovated. Good wifi.
Cons: Shower took a look time to run hot
Pros: The location was good for what we wanted. The staff were friendly. Check in and out was easy. The room was clean and sufficient for our needs. Parking was easy right under our room. We booked 2 rooms and they were kind enough to give us 2 next door toeach other.
