I stay here one day,and i think that it is so nice hotel, but it is a little expensive, expect there will be unregularly promotion .
Clearly a wow! All the way around!\n\nThis is one of the nicest luxury hotels I have been in period. Shangri-la is always great and this is the best yet.\n\nGreat job.\n\nOnly drawback is location. Nice and safe, but a cab ride from anywhere you will want to go to.
If you plan to stay in Chengdu, I highly recommend the Shangri-La. It is a new hotel and worthy of a 5 star rating. The service was wonderful, from the door man through the front desk to the cleaning crew. Everyone was very attentive and most spoke some English. We stayed at the Shangri-La for seven nights in August. We ate at the Lobby lounge, Shang Palace and Caf? Z. Be sure to try Caf? Z. It is a buffet with various ethnic foods which are very good. The pool, which we did not use is quite large.
