It was clean and comfy. Big rooms, mini fridge and microwave.
Getting into the parking lot was confusing for us out of towners. A little dated.
Perfect place for the perfect price
The room was large and clean. It is right by downtown Chicago. The staff was nice. Can't beat the price.
The neighborhood is a little scary. I felt pretty comfortable walking around during the day, but probably wouldn't at night.
The staff could see I was very apprehensive a woman on my own in this not so comforting area. They immediately moved me to the Suites were I was locked up safe.
I was very scared after being told by an Officer in Chicago Sheriffs department and then the Taxi driver dropping me there. The energy of the property was very scary for me and would never go cheap again. I did not leave my room only to get dinner from the place below.
with a car, very convenient getting to highways
dark room, poor telephone services
The staff was pleasant and very willing to assist. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was good.
The room was neat, clean and smelled really good. Housekeeping was perfect. The room had useful appliances and no noise was heard from outside. The subway is pretty close. You can get from O'Hare in 1:30h for $2.25.
The neighborhood is really fishy. I do not recommend leaving alone or at hanging around the hotel at night.
spacious room, great access to the L train, comfortable, and very quality for the price.
