Location and breakfast
Parking fee is too expensive,65dollars a day.
The location was perfect. The staff was very friendly and willing to help in any way. The accommodations were very nice & comfortable.
The counter around the kitchen sink had some dried stuff on it. It was easy to overlook by housekeeping because the granite design hides spills.
Location & great staff
Parking rates. But hey, it's the city.
This was the best service that I could have ever expected!! Thank you!!
Not 1 thing!!
Very clean room comfortable bed nice staff
The free breakfast below par cold fake eggs greasy sausage low quality breads and waffles you have to pour batter in a griddle give me a break they should not ever bother with it. Stay clear
I liked the location, the room and amenities, the hot breakfast, the staff, and the price.
Parking is very expensive
Welcoming desk personnel and breakfast
Parking was a big expense.
i will certainly come back when i visit Chicago again.
The staff was exceptional...every person I encountered, no matter what time of the day.
A few items were missing in the suite that I had to ask for but overall it was great!
Great value for a nice suite close to the Magnificent Mile.
Two small elevators are not really enough to service this hotel properly.
Staff, location, room size, and free breakfast.
Not enough elevators.
The hotel was in a great location and very clean
