Room was nicely appointed and very functional
Very sophisticated luxury hotel. I loved the service and the French flair. My room was immaculate and the bathroom had more than adequate space for my toiletries.
The front desk is a bit difficult to get to, but the check in process was smooth. I had a a bit of difficult getting a bellman to collect my bags from storage though I was first in line. Not really a good hotel for children.
Unbeknownst to me, the concierge worked with my parents to surprise us with a dessert cart and champaign for my and my girlfriend's birthdays. I've stayed at this hotel on three other occasions. I love how centrally located the hotel is.
The decor is always beautiful and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Its one of my favorite hotels.
From a previous stay (which was not up to their normal standards) we were noted in the computer and given a room upgrade. Definitely an emphasis on service!
The location was perfect! Convenient to shopping, restaurants, and nightlife. The size was intimate but with nice public areas to enjoy a snack or cocktail by the fire. The elevators were close to the door and fast and easy in/out access.
Absolutely nothing! Wonderful hotel for a romantic weekend!!
So close to Michigan Ave, very clean, a large room for downtown Chicago, and helpful staff. Probably wouldn't be kid-friendly but great when you want a break from the kids.
Great service (friendly and attractive receptionist), great location and overall very nice.
No spa or sauna on the premises. No light in the shower and overall the facilities were less luxurious than other locations (specifically Sofitel Athens), though it was still very nice. Strange decorations for the holidays in the lobby...
Decor was beautiful
Breakfast was over priced and not that good.
Great atmosphere! Chic, hip and fashionable hotel that focused on bring art into its theme. Parisian inspired hotel.
Valet parking was too expensive, $60 plus dollars a day.
