The view from the room
No parking available and the fitness center wasn’t available
The location to this hotel was absolutely amazing. Beautiful right on the lake shore if you didn’t know what you think you were looking at the ocean. 10 out of 10 for location right next to the Navy pier wonderful location. The room was very dark tried to be very urban. Bathrooms to this hotel are very small as well as the hotel elevators. The staff was absolutely amazing tried to make sure that we were happy unfortunately the clientele that was at this hotel we’re smoking marijuana all the time in the hotel Smelled horrible. The staff accommodated me a couple times on a room change but for all night we could smell marijuana throughout the hotel and the elevators.
The views are the best
No air the first night. Sweated and couldn’t sleep. Bartender was rude and slow , no valet. Had to park in someone else’s parking lot , at night and walk to hotel alone and I’m a single woman. Scary. And cost me $84! Wasn’t told had to request a coffee pot so I paid room service $18 a morning for one person and it was late.
I loved how clean my room was the staff gave excellent customer service But most of all I loved the Lake view.
I didn’t have a bath room to step on when I got out the shower and there was no robe for me in my room but other then that the room was lovely
It was very nice and clean.
The Communication with the manager was very had to contact.. did not talk to her until it was time for me to check out..
