Pros: I liked how friendly and courteous the Flight Attendants were

Good care and nice boarding
Pros: I was sitting with my two young kids, that crew came and asked us for boarding very nicely and it was such nice boarding that kids enjoyed.

Poor service, single food option, no entertainment
Cons: No entertainment for kids, no toes, TVs were not functioning and several times I asked the crew that kids bored and want to play or have something to watch but nobody cared.
My children didn't liked the food at all, as there was no fish or egg or veg meals, only pork at breakfast.
I had two young kids with me, but were treated as regular passengers and we lined up for long time for boarding and kids got very tired.
At washrooms there was no soap, tissue or towel papers.

Pros: I liked the large selection of movies and TV shows.
Cons: The headphone jack on the chair wasn't working as well as it could have so it was hard to hear the movies I was trying to watch.
I didn't like how the meals and lights being dimmed seemed to correspond to (and keep us on) the time zone of the place we were leaving instead of adjusting us to the time zone of the place we were going.

Poor SkyMile Partner
Pros: Flight was late, service was poor and flight attendants were not friendly ( spoke to me in Chinese and not English), didn't receive any privileges as a Silver Medallion Skymilet on all flights and SkyMiles were not given.
Cons: Worst Skymiler Partner . Poor customer service and inflight service.
