Pros: The hosts were very friendly and welcoming and the breakfasts were very good. Parking was free which was useful.
Pros: People were lovely rooms where dated but we just wanted somewhere to stay and close by alton towers.

Pros: The location was very convinience for me, good breakfast.
Cons: On my arrival realised that the heater didn't work, after contacting the staff they gave me a mobile oilfilled heater and everything was fine then.
Pros: Staff all very helpful and considerate. Breakfast room with nice view
Cons: Room we were allocated was very small and although just acceptable the furnishings etc were basic and not in any way luxurious. I did ask about higher levels of rooms and I gather there are some exec rooms.
Pros: The breakfast was excellent. Very good value for money all round. Very much enjoyed the visit.
Pros: I liked the idea that it was very busy but the staff went out of their way to be helpful and cheerful at all times.
Cons: For me personally I did find that I did not have time to use the brilliant facilities
Pros: Light and airy bar. Staff where very helpful and friendly. Pool and gym good and clean.
Cons: Breakfast: we had to wait for hot food. Then more beans were just poured into the old dried up container rather than a new one! The restock all came out in bits, I think it would have looked better if the kitchen staff had brought it all out fresh together.
Cons: Room needs a refurb.
Pros: Coffee bar staff were friendly and efficient
Cons: The room was very small and the bathroom was not nice. Hotel was only OK because of the low price.
Pros: Even though we did not make use of it,the swimming pool caught my eye,if i stay again,i will be making use of it
Cons: No everything was spot on
Pros: The Leisure Club, only reason booked hotel.
Cons: Limited food on menu, overall appearance of hotel.
