Received a call notifying me of glitch and booking price was wrong.
They did not honor the rate which I booked the room for. It was like a bait and switch situation.
Location as we were visiting the NHRA finals in Pomona
The only thing was the lack of good places to eat near by. There are lots of fast food places but no fine dinning.
Double Queen as requested and paid for was not available. Management's only recourse was to suggest I pay a discounted rate for another room. Finally they provided another room on another floor (handicap) for no charge.
The bathroom was updated.
They don't know how to clean bathroom floors. Dirt or mold is starting to grown by the bathtub. Sheets do not fit the bed. No microwave or refrig in room until I complained. Breakfast was frozen food. Pool was cold. $4 for bottle water.
Very clean and comfortable room. The breakfast is much better than the typical buffet breskfast - sausage moist and flavorful, eggs not rubbery. We had a late arrival, and the staff was very efficient. We' ll come back when we are in the area.
Checked in, room was great. A/C didn't work, called front desk. Maint was there within 5 mins. Unit needed to be replaced, was moved to a suite & comp for the 2 days. What more can I say.
room's were clean and overall appearence was nice will stop there again and stay
Staff was polite and helpful. The free breakfast was very good.
I was on the freeway side and found the traffic noise bothersome.
Great staff! Nice rooms.
TV broken in dining room. Several lights out in dining room.Guests drinking and making loud noises late at night. Waffle maker not working properly. Doors slamming constantly.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had great variety and the area was clean and well stocked. The room didn't have a mini fridge or microwave (even in the breakfast area). Great shopping and restaurants close by. The property's parking lot is next to a movie theater parking lot. The entrance to the freeway is right there too.
Have stayed here several times when visiting relatives. Always quiet, clean and a pleasant stay. Staff is courteous and efficient. Beds are extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Great full breakfast selections included in stay hosted by a pleasant staff. Have stayed at one other hotel in area, but my wife and I greatly prefer the Chino Hills Hampton Inn.
Only thing keeping me from giving this an excellent was hallway noise...the door didn't seat just right. Otherwise, breakfast was really good, room was excellent... No other complaints.
The Hampton Inn had a courteous staff and a nice free breakfast. The location is good with easy acess.
very clean and everyone was very nice. room was very clean and new.
We made reservations ahead of time for our room, when we arrived we were given a suite instead of a regular room and of course charged extra that we DID NOT want to pay. Their response was that that was all they had available, at the last minute without our ok or even knowledge until we checked out. In addition the cost was set-up to be direct billed our company, (why we stayed there in the first place) and upon check out we reminded them of that, they went ahead and charged the bill to OUR credit card, and told us there was nothing they could do to reverse the charges and bill it correctly. We complained to our company, they may potentially loose ALOT of money for this error and rude treatment. Another thing I didn't like about the room, no exhaust fan in the bathroom, & only sink in a tiny little dressing area, as well a a small sofa so hard it hurt you back to sit on it. Get a clue Hampton Inn!! You people are rude and DON'T know what you're doing. We will never stay there again.
The hotel was clean and we have no complaints regarding our stay, however, the hotel management staff is rude, they are liars, and they have no clue about customer service. They had the nerve to sneakily charge our credit card for a no show fee when they also charged us for the two nights stay at the hotel. They claim we never cancelled our room: of course not, we stayed in it. The person upfront allowed us to switch rooms and never said we need any sort of cancellation. The reality is that the hotel should have accepted that it was their employee's fault and refunded our money. The people there, particularly a lady named M and another one named M, are rude and have no idea what they are doing so don't ever try to resolve billing issues through either one. WE are now in the process of refuting the charge through potentially getting legal assistance because we are so insulted and feel disrespected.
