Very new hotel with all new rooms and facilities. Comfortable and beautiful place to stay. Some of the painting was a little bright. We stayed in the pink room!
Pool and gym were very nice. You need a car to anywhere and the staff's english was a little poor.
Absolutely everything!!! We had a fantastic 5-day stay!!! Great sea view! And if you are not lazy go to Porticello for a great dinner at Al Faro Verde restaurant. There's no proper beach.
The overall design, location, friendliness of the stuff. It was cold in the room - we tried to fix it, serviceman came to our room but it didnt solve the problem. As it wasnt dramatic we solve it by an extra blanket.
Interesting design and friendly staff. Many speak English which was great for us. Nice breakfast. Everything is new and beautifully done! If you love 1960's Italian film stars and 60's decor made modern. Nice pools and access to the ocean! Greatly bar area near the pool. Hotel is close to Palermo, but not in Palermo, which is great. Awesome restaurant across the street! Best pizza I've ever had in Sicily. Play room for children w/ daycare. AND scuba diving shop on location!! I would consider this hotel somewhat Luxury and not the greatest for a 1.5 year old; however, we had a good time.
The rooms were very clean with a well equipped kitchenette. The English speaking staff were very helpful and kind. When we called from Palermo airport and asked the hotel the best way to get there, they suggested a 2+ hour train ride which required changing trains in Palermo. (The airport is around 45 min. from the hotel by car.) We found out later that they used a driver that charged 35 euro to take guests from the hotel to the airport. We ended up paying 80 euro for a taxi to take us there. It seems like the hotel could offer their driver for travelers on arrival as well. It would have been greatly appreciated.
Beautiful location and very quaint decor. Price was very reasonable. Not able to make phone card calls from my room.Toilet was running all night.
Nice staff. Well located property for us - right beside train station with regular trains into Palermo The road outside is very busy and noisy.
The room was very pleasant, the staff were helpful staff and it was within easy reach of the train station. The shower fixtures could do with slight improvement as could the breakfasts.
the staff was very friendly and willed to help, though they aren´t well english speakers. daily cleaning and continental breakfast with good coffee, surprising for italy. the toilet lid was defect and was not repaired after reclamation, but it worked - however, it´s weak for a 4star hotel
We arrived quite late and the staff were very helpful. We had to leave early and they also prepared a breakfast for us before the usual time.
A bit far from Palermo. Would be difficult to find without navigation system.
Staff was very receptive. Parking was very safe(and very needed). Breakfast limited but good quality. Internet connection very reasonable at 5 euro. Nothing close by. Market, only one restaurant within walking distance. If you arrive with no food or drink, your out of luck. Have a bevg bar in room, but limited options.
Well presented and staff very helpfull although english language capabilities were limited. One traveller was strict vegetarian and they handled it very well with help of english speaking chef. Our room had great views and a balcony overlooking the bay. It was 'very Italian' during the 5nights stay 4 nights were wedding receptions which closed pool at 14:00 and music went on until early hours. It is also isolated you need transport to get anywhere from it.
Beautiful old building well restored for comfort and attractiveness. Lovely setting, palm trees, lemon and olive groves, good pool. Very quiet and relaxing. Helpful staff. Breakfast was limited. It was possible to eat lunch and dinner but there were no menus around to help you decide. There was no bar and the mini bar in the room was limited to water and soft drinks, with the instruction not to store your own drink in it! Local beaches were dirty and crowded, we had to travel quite a long way on difficult roads to see the good parts of Sicily.
very friendly and helpful staff; nice room distance from town along dangerous street without sidewalks - one must walk in the road for long stretches. I was told (by local residents) that it is unsafe to walk to the hotel alone after dark
Recently refurbished and comfortable quality hotel. Staff knew enough English to be friendly and helpful. Good choice at breakfast. Hotel is well sign posted in Termini Imerese (just head for the town centre off the autostrada and you'll spot the signs).Good supermarkets in town and on the road to Cefalu for picking up supplies. Well worth a stop over for a good nights sleep.
Friendliness of staff. Spacious room. Pretty good dinner; breakfast ok. Its location; on of the few really ugly spots on the north coast. No view (thank goodness?)! But ... well located for visiting Palermo and other interesting places.
This was a good clean hotel. Very comfortable with good services. Breakfast was also very decent. Not the Ritz, but a really good place to stay at a reasonable price with in Termini Imerese. I was there visiting family that lived right in town. It was only a few minutes to the town centre. Not really anything bad to say. Not the Hyatt but clean, quiet and comfortable. I guess they could use an elevator. Kind of tough to bring the luggage up 3 flights of stairs.
Staff very friendly, room is very clean and confotable, good location and cip price!
very clean ,staff were very helpful hotel breakfast was very good so was dinner. it could use a shutle for people with out autos
The hotel has no lift
The hotel is very much like most hotels in North America. It is not really set up for tourists and it was quite difficult to get any information on the local attractions. The staff was pleasant but open about the fact that this was not a tourist area...
The hotel is "very average" but the restaurant (Il Sante et Peccatori) is one of the best in Sicily. Listing the hotel as "near the train station" is inaccurate. It was a long hot walk.
Very little positive to say. Only the olympic swimming pool. Surroundings are not worth visiting. Much more intersting things to see in Sicily. Better avoid this neighbourhoood. Appartments are primitive, noisy (partymusic until late at night), not cosy at all an dhave a very chemical cleaning smell.
The location on top of the mountain is spectacular. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and it was a great way to start the day on the hotel's terrace. In the evening it was very pleasant to stroll through the town. Found a small pizzeria, delicious. It is tricky to find; however, it was a treasure once we did.
Hotel is 70 meters above the sea. And elevator is working from 0900 to 1800. View is breathtaking!!! Nice swimming pool. Beach is in a small but really private. Guys didn't allow to swim when there were waves in the sea. Hotel is 20 km from Palermo, so visiting Palermo is a bit more expensive. Sea elevator is closed from 1200 for lunch. No good restaurants nearby - you will need a taxi. Buffet is ok if you stay 2-3 days.
setting and view our room floor was never cleaned; we were fighting with the flies for the dry pieces of cheese for breakfast; restaurant staff was cleaning the tables very noisy (throwing the forks and knifes in boxes) while we were having a meal - very annoying
