Very nice and helpfull staff, good breakfast and restaurant, clean rooms Wellness area closed on Sunday and a bit small
A beautiful hotel with mountain views, recently renovated and very close to the old town. Nothing. This is a wonderful town.
first class hotel; close to train station; safe neighborhood
Excellent location, easy access to the center
Great location, friendly staff, spacious and comfortable room.
nice rooms, close to the center of Trento
Expensive breakfast. (one has to pay 10 euros for the basic breakfast plus extra charge for every egg, cake etc.+30%, to have breakfast at the room)
I liked everything from the moment I parked my car underground tothe reception at check in to the quality of the room. The hotel was faultless. I will stay there again and again. Absolutely nothing wrong with the hotel whatsoever.
The breakfast was very good and comprehensive. The room was large, bathroom was very comfortable.
Well appointed interior design ,friendly staff Some wood furniture showing signs of wear, bar shut too early
receptiostaff was very helpfull when we arrived very late in night no
perfect location for our visit with family in trento. The walled property with it's view over the city and lovely garden/lawn area was lovely and relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The staff was welcoming and helpful and spoke English fairly well. Our room was spacious/clean/comfortable.
The room and building The lack of training of the staff and coming back to our room after bieng out from 9 am untill 7pm and finding the bed still unmade ant the lecture we recived saying it is all our fault for taking our room key out withn us !
Staying at the Villa Madruzzo is always a pleasure: kindness is their motto; breakfast very good, beautiful location, very nice rooms, dogs are welcomed
My wife and I are really very, very positive about this hotel.Service,, spacious rooms, nice garden, excellent cuisine and reasonable prices. We think this hotel should deserve one star more As mentioned, no complaints
BEAUTIFUL RENOVATED BUILDING, HELPFUL & POLITE STAFF, NICE GARDEN AND RESTAURANT. AN EXPERIENCE TO REMEMBER !
Tranquil surroundings and particularly helpful and friendly staff. The in-house restaurant is also well worth going to. Friendly and efficient service and great food.
The location of the hotel is excellent because it's within short walking distance to the funicular, which takes you to Citta Alta, where most of the sites, shopping and fine dining are located. The off-site parking made baggage drop-off and loading a bit of a problem, plus it's fairly expensive.
Very accommodating staff - would make personal scrambled eggs for you in the morning, elaborate breakfast buffet, good choice of local wines, nice dinner menu, extensive parking very small shower booth
v.g. room and excellent bathroom no
proximity to stations was main reason why we picked this hotel. I found the lack of pleasant seating facilities in the reception area amazing for a 4 star hotel. There wasnt really anywhere nice and relaxing in the hotel. The room was quite dark and depressing.
The staff is friendly, the location quite good and the room have a desk comfortable enough to work.
Size of the room and ensuite and the airconditioner. The room did not have a jug for making tea and coffee.
Efficient, good size room, no problems. Breakfast was poor
Personnel was very polite and the room was clear and proper The hotel is a little outside the central part and one needs to walk around the train station which may not feel very comfortable late at night.
Excellent room, staff very kind and willing to help Room heating not working properly, epsecially in the bathroom, but ok anyway
Staff were very friendly and pleasant. Hotel was clean and quiet.
the hotel was good, clean and close from the center
I was content. Nice big rooms, big bathroom, good comfort... But the biggest plus of this hotel is it's location (less than 5 minutes walk to centre) I did not like the breakfast: unprepared tables, no spoon/forks/knives on the table, non-english & non-german speaking staff... All we could eat was few slices of ham, crudo, cheese; bread; eggs; and cornflakes. The hotel has 4 stars. I supposed to find something better there.
Modern and clean rooms. friendly staff and a nice restaurant/pizzeria
poor stock in mini bar
Sartoris hotel was not up to what we expected. The price and the homepage promise much more than what you get. However it is a good middle class hotel in a boring modern facility. Also I would say that it is situated outside of the village in a industry area rather than close to restaurants. The village in it self is actually rather cosy.
The swimming pool is open on Sunday till 18:00 only
The room was very comfortable and clean. The restaurant gave a good choice and quality of food, as did the breakfast buffet.
Very good restaurant in the hotel. Perfect view on mountains. 5 min ride to Trento. Some of staff don't speak English..
kindness of the staff, I arrived and deprted at impossible hours, but there was always someone there nothing
Our stay was excellent the owner was an excellent host. The room was wonderful with a great bed. Breakfast was wonderful, would stay there again.
The staff were very friendly and the room was very comfortable. The location was also very pleasant with nice views.
Excellent views of Trento and valley. New facilities, very clean and comfortable good value for money, need a car to say there as it is out of town
Franco the owner greets you with a smile and continues great service throughout. Not to mention a terriffic sense of humour & banter. Great location & views.Awesome value for money.
Friendly staff and excellent location, quiet but close to the city of Trento
Panoramic view. Location. It's not so easy to find the hotel.
we loved the staff. they were kind and nice, and gave every thing in order to make our time pleasent.
It was out of town, but close to good food spots. The staff were very informative and helpful.
The hotel is was traditional but beautifully appointed.
Large full equipped room, very quiet although located in the heart of the city.
with modern facilities, though looks historical buiding It depends on you like sauna in your room
very luxerous rooms, not extremely large but with all comforts and also very centrally located
Apartments are beautifull and so wellness. Great stay. Breakfast could be better. Too little fresh fruits and no vegetables.
This was a beautiful boutique hotel right in the middle of town and less than 10 minutes by foot from the main train station. There was an air of luxury about this place, but without being in any way pretentious -- and at an excellent price. I appreciated the free WiFi, the mini-safe in the room and the spacious and modern tiled shower. There was also a dry sauna in the room!
Everyone and everything Nothing
kind and helpful staff, luxurious room, spa, pool and dining. great location, amazing surroundings. has a special small hotel atmosphere.
Very nice location.
- Overall quality of the hotel. Very good for the price; Breakfast good; Room large and comfortable.
The wellness center was great. It should be open 24 hours. Food could be a bit better.
The hotel is a 50 Euro taxi trip from Trento city centre.
As written in other reviews: the hotel stuff is extremely nice! What is not mentioned enough is the spa facilities - it is GREAT! Warmed swimming pool, saunas and all very clean and beautiful! The hotel and the rooms are very clean. The room we were staying in was very basic with pretty old furniture.
Liked the room, the view, breakfas.
The staff was beyond superb in every way. Just delightful. I arrived late and they even kept the pool open for me an extra hour. Not at all.
Amainzig view, very friendly staff. The acces road to hotel is good but difficult (35 minutes from Trento). Poor breakfast.
The view from the balcony was very nice, the room was very clean and spacious. We appreciated the wide range of indoor and outdoor activities the hotel has to offer. The breakfast was quite basic, the location (though magnificent for mountain lovers) is difficult to reach without a car and quite remote with respect to Trento.
Wonderful place with nice view room. Excellent hotel.
Friendly staff and fantastic facilities.
No spa, no swimming pool, no sauna even though it was listed in the facilities. The hotel was at least 20 kms from the highway even though it was written 6 kms on the description.
Excellent and very kind staff, excellent view to mountains and trees, river. Close to Trento center, best location for work and family together being. Internet connection often could be better. But staff was very kind to give all possible support.
Good 3 star hotel. Good bed, shower and view. Its a 3 star that could pass as a 4 star.
Close to autostrada; excellent for an overnight stop.
Charming hotel and very helpful staffit is a rural area if you are looking for quietness Just Perfect!
The rooms were very well-fitted, the views were spectacular and the staff was very professional. Also the wellness area with sauna, swimmingpool, and turkish steam bath were very good.
Everything!! I strongly recommend this place to have rest and just to relax.
Parking, location, friendliness of the staff Too much complicated electronic int he room (for the tv, for the door, for the this and that); keep it simple it is better for the guests and the planet. Why complicated things for no added value.
The facilities are very attractive and thoughtfully designed. The staff was extremely helpful throughout our stay. One can take easy or strenuous hikes from just behind the hotel. Stunning views of the mountains from our windows.
Everything was very clean. The service was very friendly. It´s a very nice hotel, we will come back.
A rarity in Italy: a 4-star hotel that is presented and delivered as a 4-star hotel (or better!). Elegantly-designed hotel, very comfortable bed, great bathroom, good staff, nice breakfast. Our stay was most comfortable and fabulous value for money.
The hotel was very comfortable and clean and the surrounding country is wonderful. Friendly staff. Very nice lounge / library / reading room with a wide selection of interesting books in many languages. Wi-Fi works in the rooms and was free. The room had a lovely balcony. Well stocked minibar at reasonable prices. Be aware though there is no restaurant and you will need a car to find one in the evenings; the hotel staff make good recommendations though and will book for you. There is no Air Conditioning and it can get hot in the summer. No Tea / coffee or ironing facilities in the room. There is an extra charge to use the swimming pool as part of a seperate spa facility which has to be booked.
This hotel was wonderful. The mountain view was spectacular and the location perfect. The room was pristine and beautifully appointed. Staff were friendly and helpful.
The reception was very friendly and polite, and we were provided with an informative guide to the hotel. The library is a very nice sanctuary to enjoy a drink after a day out in the mountains.
