Pros: Very clean. Convenient. Staff is friendly. Very quiet.
Cons: The room was very bright at night. Need to replace curtains with blackout curtains. I guess it was a combination of lot lights and hotel lights.
Pros: was close to our son's home which is what we needed and the price was right for our needs.
Cons: there was an insect problem in our room. and when we contacted them about it they didn't offer a discount to room or anything and then proceeded to tell us they had been fighting it for weeks.
Pros: I have stayed in this hotel numerous times due to my family still all live there. I have to say that on this particular stay the room was extremely well kept. Always been happy. But this time housekeeping was outstanding. Thank uou
Pros: The staff was very friendly and hotel was clean and neat. Very good place to stay. Stay there when I am in the area.
Pros: It's hard to pick one. The staff were all friendly and the breakfast and room were awesome.
Pros: King sized bed, pets accepted, continental breakfast, cookies available 24/7, clean, close to restaurants and Wal-Mart.
Cons: carpet felt dirty in room.
There was not enough water pressure in the shower from spray hose to wash my hair, I was barely able to get my shower finished. I told the front desk person the next morning, and she seemed to think it was fine, because they had never had any complaints about the water pressure before. She did assure me that she would have maintenance look at it. I also told her about the roll away bed and the queen bed mattress, and she had the same response, 'Really?!, we have never had any complaints before about them...' and once again she said she would have someone look into it.
Pros: The staff was very friendly and accommodated us with a ground entry level handicap accessible room I needed. The reserved room only had 1 queen bed,so we needed a roll away for another occupant, they made sure the roll away was there before we arrived.
Cons: Regular bed mattress was old and too soft, you sunk into the middle of the bed with 2 people in it. Roll away bed mattress was too thin, you could feel every spring in the frame. Water pressure from hose in shower was just a trickle.
Pros: Large room size
Cons: Sink did not drain well. Breakfast had no variety.
Pros: Great Location and the staff was very helpful. Room was very clean and the price was Good.
Even the back side, away from highway, was loud-all night long we heard the semis 'snoozing' in the back lot (seems like it was right out back but im not sure) with the engine on idle. And the lights from the lot were so bright that even dark curtains didnt help.
Pros: Nice staff
Cons: It reeked of smoke. Yuck. Everywhere. Esp public areas.
We only stayed one night but we were pleasantly surprised based on the rating of 'two stars' - the hotel was nice.
Pros: Staff was friendly, room was clean, breakfast was good.
Nice breakfast in morning with coffee to get day started, was very much appreciated.
Pros: Very clean and they have a very friendly staff, easy check in/out, and maid service was great
Cons: I cant think of anything that could have been better, for a 2 star hotel they meet and exceed expectations
