Pros: Service was exemplary. Loved spa facilities. Food was fabulous. Hotel is charming.
Cons: Housekeeping missed crumbs on bathroom floor from last guests, which remained the entire weekend of our stay. Spa was overcrowded (locker room and relaxation room). Front desk failed to tell us at check in that our room would be right outside elevator which rang early in the morning and late at night and we could hear voices of guests. Also, hotel needs more convenient parking.
Pros: We liked the hiking, the location near to the town, the facilities and the historic but nice and well-maintained guests rooms.
Cons: They missed cleaning our room.
Pros: The staff went out of their way to be pleasant and helpful. The accommodations are beautiful. I would have liked the porch to be swept off and the chairs wiped off. It would be beautiful in the Fall.
Cons: We only noticed a build up of dust on the mirror in the bathroom and that the porch could have been swept.

Pros: My husband and I stayed here overnight on our way home from the beach. It was a great end to our vacation. Our room was very clean, ready on time, and exactly what I requested (mountain view, king bed, high floor). We enjoyed canoeing on the lake, it was absolutely beautiful! We had dinner at LB's and the breakfast buffet, both of which were very good. All of the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. We also enjoyed swimming and a brief time in the casino. Overall we had a wonderful stay here!
Pros: Beautiful area, many things to do, food was ok. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
Cons: Some of the staff was not very helpful. Missed opportunities to earn points with rewards card due to staff not asking for card.
Cons: Guests shouldn't have to pay a cover charge for night time entertainment

Cons: Someone attempted to burn up the hotel. Yes, arson. My son got very little sleep. I will challenge the charge.
Pros: A very clean room. Exactly what we were looking for. Awesome breakfast. Would stay again.
Cons: We checked in late evening. Did not realize until early morning that we were put in a room that was next to multiple rooms being renovated. They started banging at 7:00 a.m. next to our room. Room smelled musty as well.
Pros: Very clean room. The staff were very friendly.
Pros: Has some character to it. Not the typical box hotel off the highway. Rm 245 on backside. Small bay windows in rooms. Had 2 kids and shihtzu dog. Rm 245 near nice & appropriate grass patch for dog. Arrived at 12:30 at night. I was greeted respectfully.
Pros: The staff was very nice and the pool was very nice and newly renovated.
Cons: Not all the rooms were newly renovated. Ours was clean but the dead bolt lock did not work and the safety latch at the top was falling out of the wall.
Pros: Close to the turnpike
Cons: Nothing like the pictures shown.
Pros: The housekeeping staff were wonderful. Very friendly and helpful.
Cons: The fact that the pool was broke and the hotelunder construction ma de fir a least happy experience. We were given coupons for Subway for breakfast as they had no breakfast bar due to construction.

Pros: Upon checkin, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was nice with a brand new bathroom.
Cons: The bed was a little soft. The toilet seat was cracked and the shower head didn't work. We had to go to a different room to shower. Took a while to find a staff member at 8:30 in the morning to address the issue.
Pros: The bed we had was huge. It was easy to sleep on. The water from the faucet got hot immediately, we didn't have to wait for the water to warm up.
Cons: It was strange to check out without seeing someone behind the desk.

Pros: Nice size room. The room was clean, the bathroom clean. Breakfast was in an attached restaurant, not the lobby.
Cons: This was my first "budget" stay away (normal is a Hampton inn). I won't say didn't like, I'll say different was a small refrigerator against the wall with a microwave on top.
Pros: Staff was great and the location was perfect. In and off PA turnpike in a ccouple of minutes.
Cons: Room was clean but a little musty, nothing a little fresh air didn't fix.
Spacious guest rooms and friendly staff await you at our pet-friendly hotel and include a free Bountiful Breakfast Buffet. Claras Place Restaurant and Lounge onsite for good times and great food. Meeting and banquet facilities for 5 - 150 people. Group rates and menus available.
Cons: There were fleas I asked to move, he said you're going to tell me the same thing if I move you. If that happens then it would mean you have fleas in every room! He pretended to look around the room, doesnt he realize fleas are not going to sit there waiting for him to look at it. It was disgusting and the owner was so rude! I left and went to another hotel!!!
