Comfortable, clean and at a good location. Free wifi. Cool looking rooms. Power points were at convenient locations in the room especially near the bed. Bathroom could use some upgrade.
Clean, free breakfast, located near university, safe, in-room Keurig, microwave and mini fridge Thin walls, cheap construction, garish color scheme, not enough parking, near train track
Breakfast area was very clean and stocked well. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. There was a cockroach in our room and front staff was on her cell phone at the desk. Had to ask for assistance to get her off of her cell.
All of the rooms and the common areas have been renovated in the last year. It was well done and everything is new and clean. The rooms have quite a bit of space. There are lots of pillows for the beds. The rooms are quiet. The cleaning staff did a nice job. There are double beds, not queens (even though there is room for queens). The beds were acceptably comfortable, though. A bit on the hard side for my taste, but ok. While we never ran out of hot water, it never really got hot. Warm would be a better description. They need to turn the temperature up on the water heater several degrees. They need more help refilling the breakfast items. On our first morning I tried to make waffles, out of waffle mix. So I had a bowl of cereal, out of skim milk. I went for some orange juice, they were out. Strike three. Not a big deal, but what is up with the elevators? They are freezing, with ice cold air blowing full blast out of the ceiling vents. I heard several people comment on this.
Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Horrible Everything
no Hotel was weird and creepy as it is being renovated the rooms have holes in the walls and are dirty and there are very creepy people that stay at the hotel as well as construction workers who sleep in their trucks outside over night. Not a safe place.
Location It is under construction. Active construction. No breakfast...as in setup was 2 round tables seating 6 in lobby which was roughly 16 feet by 20 feet. Construction vehicles blocked preferential parking areas. Banging, beeping, clanging. 1 person at chec
Nothing Hotel was under construction.
Nothing Under renovation. ...not as advertised
Nothing it was awful No
Location only Granted the hotel was being remodeled but the room was lacking. Wallpaper peeling off the wall. Roaches in the bathroom in the morning. No tissues to be found. Sheets extremely uncomfortable. Air conditioner did 't work so room was uncomfortably warm.
First the lights/lamps didn't all work...then I go to lock the deadbolt...but when I went to unlock. It wouldn't. So I was literally stuck inside the room. Then I go to call the front desk and the hotel phone doesn't work. Needless to say. horrible stay
The front clerk was nice. The sheets and towels were clean. This hotel has potential. Should not have been open. Looked like a disaster area. Wires were hanging out everywhere. The TV did not work at all! Holes in wall were stuffed with toilet paper. The heat did not keep us warm. I thought I was being punked. I had to pay $--- for this.
Hotel is currently under renovation and should be avoided until it's complete Dirty and needs to be updated
There is absolutely nothing good to say about this hotel. Well the room was disgusting. The wallpaper was literally coming off of the walls in sheets, that is where it was stapled to the wall. There was a gaping hole in the bathroom wall going into the next room. There was good left in the fridge.
This was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. I will be calling for a refund as soon as I am not swamped with holiday work. We did not stay at the hotel and the staff apologized over and over. The entire hotel is being renovated and should be condemned (think holes in walls of both rooms we were moved to, dry wall, no lights, no cable). This was horrific.
