We were on our way home from Floida and used this spot to stop before we continued on our way to Indiana. Shoppiing was very close as was several restaurants. We had to leave before the breakfast so we had to stop to get it later. We did not use the internet.
The hotel was nice and the bed comfortable. It was quiet even though I had rooms on either side of mine. It did have cable but not many channels that I would watch but I wasn't there for the TV programs. The breakfast was good but go early as there are not many places to sit.
I recently had my first trip to East Tn on business and was told by a co-worker that Jameson Inns are his hotel of choice while traveling in the south. I had never stayed in one but I'm glad I stayed here. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were not large but very comfortable and clean with a homey atmosphere....the beds were great.....better than most beds at the pricey hotels I have stayed in. They had a very nice breakfast with waffles, bagels, fruit etc....something for everyone. It was the only hotel that was in a great area with lots of shopping and nearby resterants. Priced right!! From now on when I travel I will first be checking to see if there is a Jameson Inn in the area.
Very nice hotel, friendly staff. The location was very convenient, although we missed the turn into the hotel driveway. As someone else stated, the fitness equipment wasn't impressive, but I didn't really expect professional gym quality equipment at a hotel fitness center. One thing that should be corrected on this listing - there are no restaurants on site, although there are several that are very close to the hotel.
Clean roadside hotel with good internet service and continental breakfast. However, for an exercise freak like me the gym just did not make it. It is a hodgepodge of 4 - 5 home machines not up to par for the commercial use. Still if you're tired and want a clean, quite and reasonably priced hotel this is the one in the area.
We stayed at this hotel over Christmas to visit family. We travel with our dog and this hotel had a great place for our baby. There are a couple of large grassy areas that you can walk your dog and the entrances are exterior which makes midnight potty breaks a lot easier. The front desk staff was great at check in and check out. The room was nice and good sized for the type of hotel. Bed was firm with lots of pillows. Location is great because you are close to food and shopping to kill time if you pull off the road early and you are close to Chattanooga to visit its many attractions. Overall, we will stay again and encourage people to stay here.
Stayed at most of the hotels in town but this is by far the best. Very friendly and immaculately clean. Room was in excellent condition and staff could not have been more accommodating. This is an excellent value. The high priced chains have nothing on this location.
Great friendly service, all the amenities, lovely homey decor, and great comfy bed.
The staff was nice, rooms were nice and overall stay was good. However, during breakfast I noticed several of the styrofoam plates had knife marks like they had been used before. I went through like 5 plates before I found one that looked like it was un-used. I know hotels are trying to cut costs, but re-using paper plates? c'mon!
I checked in here after leaving early from a noisy sleepless night at the comfort Inn on this street. The Jameson was quiet, the staff friendly, the breakfast was nice. I would stay here again
