Clean. Quiet Next to hospital. Pricey considering I spent all day in hospital and only slept and showered in room. Room service prompt. Good food.

The valet staff was amazingly friendly and polite. The room views were so-so. We kept finding long black hair around the room (my hair is short and dyed red, his is short and light brown). The shampoo/shower gave me dry scalp.

They helped me arrange to have flowers there for our anniversary and if we need to stay somewhere, we are picking this one again. Tv in the room was a little old.
Loved the rooms and comfort of the bed. Enjoyed the services provided. Did not like that there isn't much diversity in the staff.
Friendly, helpful staff. Wood floors. Clean. Nice decor. Delicious restaurant. Convenient to Cleveland Clinic & Museum of Art. Comfortable bed. My husband loved the shower head. Our door opened into the hallway, with slope. No inside chain on door. Bedside lights too bright and not over bedside table. Not much counter room in bathroom.
Every staff member smiled and were sincerely friendly (from Maintenance, Valet Reception and everything in between. The Canopy Restaurant was Excellent; Servers' Julia and Paloma were fabulous at their jobs and very nice women. Having to spend long days at the Cleveland Clinic with very ill daughter this was a great place to come back to and have dinner. Prices very reasonable. My husband commented that The Tudor Arms Hotel, a ,Beautiful Historical Building, was a real find. We ate in the restaurant each night and was great to see the same people. Had to have a hotel close to the Cleveland Clinic and this was the 3rd closest with better rate than the other two. The rate was a little high having to stay for a week. I booked 1st part of week and rebooked for rest and they waived the $20.00 a day parking fee for the first booking as we had a patient at the Clinic; did not waive for rest of the week. We arrived on Sunday early evening and our Flat Screen TVs had no digital signal and they could not be fixed or replaced until Tuesday. My 80-year old mother was with me at the time and although our Junior Suite (Handicap Accessible) was great, having 2 not-functional TVs was a real problem for someone spending most of the time alone.
