The proprietor was wonderful. The breakfast was our best in Ireland, lots of delicious homemade breads. The Wolfhound 'puppy' was memorable! I might say the furnishings needed a little updating, but on the other hand, they leant some nice character. Everything was nice and clean and comfortable, so that's most important.
Cute Staff not helpful with bags at check in

The staff were super friendly and it was a great location. Also great food! Nothing!
That´s a very beautiful place to be.... all employees and the owner are so nice... you´ll need a car, bike or be a good swimmer to get away from the 2 beaches or even a book or just your open mind to feel the luck in the world.... live can be so easy....
The position was fantastic the restaurant was excellent. no television in the bedroom
I loved the hotel. I thought it was very cute, the staff was very helpful, and friendly. The location also great.
Very basic - note it calls itself a house, not a hotel. The worst meal service I have ever received - I walked out.
Great location, really relaxing time! We loved driving around the peninsula and should we have stayed longer we might have tried surfing or other water sports there. Restaurant service could be improved, but was mostly par for the area
Location was great, people were very friendly would have been nice if the free wireless connection service was available in the bedroom
The staff was very eager to help you with anything. We loved the view from our room. The food was great. Over all it was a wonderful experience. We would definitely go back.
Its ALL about the location only. How hard would it be to have a TV and Wifi in all rooms, all the other guests cramped into the TV room said the same. The pool was not open whilst we were there and had opening times! Lamp in bedroom had no plug on the end! and a live cable coming through the ceiling into the wardrobe?!? Good if you dive, thats it.
Surrounding scenery The food was absolutely terrible everythinf smelt and tasted of cookoing oil which is extremely repugnant
The people who run the hotel were wonderful and friendly; they made it the best! The food was delicious and our room was very comfortable. The views from our room and from the diningroom were spectacular, and we will definitely return and recommend the place to others.
Very good. The owners were very nice. Would have preferred tea/coffe facilities in the room and not on the corridor but this is a minor detail. Nothing
Location was amazing, a great view of Dingle harbour, many great pubs/stores/boutiques all within walking distance. Quiet little town with friendly people all around, a must visit if you are touring around Irealand Didn't spend enough time there, could have spent one or two more days.
Camp Junction House has amazing views of the ocean. John is a fantastic host! He's super friendly, and really cares about you enjoying your stay. Rooms were nice and comfortable. It's a bit far from most of the sites on the Dingle peninsula, so you'll have a bit of a drive each day.
It was a fantastically comfortable hotel with a spa. No air conditioning in the room.
The only thing that could make this place better is a softer mattress and pillows. Other than that, I'd give it 5 stars all the way around!
Wonderful location, facilities and staff
Very nice public areas and view of the water The room was not worth the price in terms of quality and ammenities. Malfunctioning soap dispenser in bathroom and multipurpose soap is like Motel 6 in U.S.
The location was good - walking distance to dingle town but in a quiet location. The staff were friendly and helpful. The doors to the rooms swing shut in a very noisy manner, we were awoken v early in the morning because of this
Fabulous view from dining room Much noise from car park (below room) at 5.00 a.m.!!
Well run professional hotel in spectacular location. Numerous large lounges, Excellent bar and restaurant, staff helpful when we needed more accomodation. Very reasonable rates. Certainly recommend this. Room size could be bigger but acceptable for this level of hotel
I liked the spaciousness of the dining/bar/sittingroom areas. Even though there were a good few children staying, they weren't on top of us. I would have preferred a good duvet rather than the one blanket we had on the bed. We had to pull the blanket off the single bed in the room in the middle of the night. They made some extra work for the staff as well as the inconvenience to ourselves.
Location is perfect, Dingle area is stunning, good food, nice spa. Smoking only possible outside in the wind and the rain - no covered area for smokers at all. Room on the cold side. Service a bit poor.
The staff and a great family feel about the hotel, just a beautiful location so near to the town.
The staff are all friendly without being intrusive and the surrounding very relaxing Room price for 5 nights a bit expensive
The breakfast was not very nice watery eggs and soggy toast.
Food and comfortable surroundings less space than previous hotel but we may have been spoiled!
This is one of the finest Lodges you could ever wish to stay at, from the moment you arrive and get an incredibly warm welcome, to the moment you leave wishing to spent more time there, Annette and her team do all that they can to make your stay perfect. They serve the best breakfast anywhere and it is presented so elegantly, a marvellous way to start the day. One of our party was unfortunately taken ill during our stay and Annette could not have been more caring, providing not water bottles and anything else we needed. The views from the house are stunning with an amazing beach only a few minutes walk away; this is truly a total experience not to be missed. Not one thing!
This is the absolute BEST B&B we have ever stayed in! Everything is arranged so beautifully and is really ran more like a 5 star hotel! The home is something you would see out of a magazine and the staff is amazing! The view of the beach and mountains was a delight! The only thing that I didn't like was the distance from Dingle and the drive across the Connor Pass everytime you wanted to make the trip to Dingle. The road is very narrow (sometimes a 1 lane) and is a bit scary, which prevented us from hanging out in Dingle as much as we would've liked. It is about a 20 minute trip total. Not sure it would keep us from staying there again, but thought it worthy to mention.
Advice from staff on local possibilities and internet availability. Atmosphere of old manor house. Nothing
Great hospitality. Awesome view. Delightful breakfast
The comfort, the little details, smiling faces, the breakfast and the views.
The location is unbelievable, but more than any other feature it has to be the owners and staff at Gorman's Clifftop House & Restaurant. Their hospitality and warmth made us feel right at home.
I wish I had been able to stay much longer than just the 2 nights I did. There was so much beauty and things to see nearby. It was lovely to end my day in the cosy fireplace sitting rooms with views, the outstanding restaurant, comfortable and spacious rooms and chat with the most hospitable staff/owners. Perfect - and I have very high standards. The power shower does slow down some when others are also using water in the guesthouse. But still very good shower.
The setting was gorgeous, the food was excellent, and the proprietors exceptionally helpful and kind. No
welcoming, warm, friendly atmosphere. peat fires on a chilly evening. fantastic location, views of the rugged coastline from every window and wonderful sunsets. food and wines of a very high standard. charming owner whose only aim was to please. no
I liked its location, fabulous views and the general welcoming atmosphere.
Stunning location, friendly stuff and excellent food.
It was a great experience from the moment we entered the hotel until we left. Very personal experience. The staff is excellent and makes your stay feel like a treat.
Magnificent location and beautiful scenery Price
Large spacious room. Amazing Views. Courtious staff. Good breakfast included in the price. Nothing
Our room was lovely, the staff were really friendly, the bar was very cosy and the bar prices were very realisitic. Also it was in a fabulous location - we will be back. Nothing
not very interesting on the outside but very nice within - comfortable with character! very good staff
Staff is wonderful, place was lovely. Nice rooms. The "single" room of my sister (one person) had a king bed while our room for two had a smaller bed. Seemed odd, but we had more of a suite.
Mrs Benners Bar There are other, less expensive places to stay in Dingle-The Dingle Bay Hotel for example
Warm welcome, lovely decor & atmosphere
The hotel is old world style - which automatically gives atmosphere. The bedroom we had was lovely - very spacious, clean and old world style The staff are efficient but reserved. Not overly friendly or welcoming.
Good location and very good breakfast
I loved this hotel - the staff was the most helpful and kind staff I have ever encountered, the room was huge, the food delicious, an easy walk to the bus as we were using public transport, quiet and peacefu. I would not say anything against this hotel
Polite, efficient staff, perfect location in the town centre. Large, clean, comfortable room.
The Emlagh House is located 5 walk minutes away from the lovely little town of Dingle. Although we booked a regular double bed room with carpark view, we decided to upgrade for the "Blackberry Suite" for just 20€ surcharge. The larger king size bed and the spectacular view to the garden with the bay and mountains in the back was just breathtaking. The excellent breakfast a la carte and a very friendly and helpful staff completed our perfect stay in this Hotel. We love to come back ! Complaining on high levels might be a German habit, but the king size bed could be a little longer than 190 cm. and please turn on the washing machine and dryer later than 7 am, as you can here that in the whole house...
