In your website you mention that thsi Hotel has Wireless internet acess avaible for a fee of 3€/hours, but in fact they do not have internet access at all available to customer. This had a very big impact has this was a business trip and internet acess was a decision fact for me to book this hotel intead of others.
Great location and facilities
Very modern, good quality accomodation, staff very helpful and friendly. My wife and daughter enjoyed the spa treatments. Well located. Very good value for money
Old hotel but we stayed in brand new chalets at the rear of the hotel and they were very good. Spa treatments were relaxing after a long walk on the Camino Nothing
Everything! This place is awesome!!!!! No internet
- it is close to the fair trade center no
Location, cleanliness of the room and the entire hotel and the hotel staff The breakfast was poor, with a low variety of food and no hot dishes available like sausages, bacon, eggs, etc. Hot water in the bath didn't work properly:
Nice quiet location, easy access from santiago. Would have preferred if leisure centre was open in morning, only open in evening
Absolutely beautiful inside and out. The attention to detail in every respect. The service by Anna. Breakfasts were way above the average we have experienced when traveling. We are traveling for three months, but my wife continues to refer to Torre do Rio as the "beautiful place"!
The setting by the stream surrounded by woods was very relaxing. The breakfast and room facilities were excellent quality. We had some trouble finding the place. We would have liked to have the option of dinner on site.
It is just a wonderful hotel, everything about that hotel is great and we Iwould very much like to go back and stay for a week.
everything is excelent
This hotel is a jewel. The photos do not convey the incredible natural beauty that surrounds it. The rooms are gorgeous and the staff is both warm and welcoming. It is the nicest of the twenty five hotels I have stayed at in Spain while trekking coast to coast..stay here-definitely!!! You'll be back! You can walk to the closest town through a beautiful park and local vineyards in fifteen minutes! Nothing at all!
Wonderful setting. Beautifully restored building in lovely grounds. The breakfast was fantastic. The staff were very friendly. There was no evening meal available and as we were on foot this was a problem for us. If you are walking the Camino it is about 2.5 km off the route and not near any other restaurants. But this was because of our situation and not the fault of the hotel.
Big hotel, big rooms, comfortable, clean. Not far from Santiago - about 15 minutes drive. Not good gps coordinates, it was hard to find since it is actually in Pazos-the second village after Padron.
Excellent hotel with big rooms. Good swimming pool and restaurant. Nothing
Helpful receptionist. Some way out of Padron.
This hotel is fantastic. A quiet place, a good room, very good breakfast, fine dinner and a fantastic host. 1 km to restaurants and bars and a few shops.
Peace and quiet in a rural setting close to Santiago de Compostela Signage was insufficient coming from Santiago
Delicious dinner and breakfest. Very kind, helpfull and English speaking housekeeper. Nice interior. Thin walls
Visited santiago de Compostela, the galician coast and inland countryside No
The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff; the delightful 'rural' nature of the hotel itself; accessibility for Santiago and galicia generally
Very welcoming and enthusiastic staff and owner. Plentiful, traditional, breakfasts. Clean comfortable room complete with wi fi availability. Spacious grounds. An inclusive family atmosphere was immediately created.
Maika and her staff provide impeccable hospitality, friendliness and comfort in the most wonderful surroundings. Pazo Cibran is a bit of luxury in an authentic rural setting.
What I liked the most is the Owner. She is freindly, helpful, cooperative, informative. Simply great. The hotel is far from the City and does not provide lunch or denier, so it is difficult to find something to eat when you come from the City. The Owner went out of the way to provide us with cheeses, fruits, ham wine etc, so we could have something to eat.
Pazo Cibran is the kind of place tourists rarely find -- an old family hacienda in the country but close to a major tourist town, and just down the blacktop road from a maravelous restaurant. Fatima and Roberto who are the main staff at Pazo Cibran, are warm and welcoming, and Fatima's breakfast spread of local dishes is worth the trip!
The kindness of the two delightful ladies and the feeling I was staying at home, not at a hotel. Oh, and the breakfast.
Friendly well situated country hotel where the manageress/owner made us very welcome, although she spoke almost no English. Cost more than we hoped, but Spanish accommodation seems to have increased considerably in the last few years.
Friendly, very helpfull people. Easy to get to Santiago (with the car) or even as pelgrim by foot
Very friendly and helpful staff. Offered taxi service to and from Santiago.
The owner and her staff were welcoming, friendly and v helpful. A taste of Galician hospitality
