Pros: Price and simple check-in.
Cons: Room was pretty small, fine if you just sleeping and moving on but not a room to hang out in very long.
Pros: Bed was comfortable and A/C was quiet and parking was free.
Cons: Bathroom fan was noisy and toilet seat fasteners needed to be tightened. We reported when we left so I am sure that will be fixed.
Cons: Very small room
Pros: The staff was friendly and the location was convenient
Cons: I had to go to the front desk and request towels, as our room didn’t have any when we checked in. There were long, dark, curly hairs on the inside of the shower, which made us feel they really didn’t clean the bathroom
Pros: The facility and room were in great shape and clean as expected for this type of accommodation. Very pleased about that. I generally travel alone so it's a perfect size room for a single. Might be very cramped for two people to share for any length of time.
Cons: The pricing for a weekend stay seemed a bit high for the accommodation. It's a very nice facility, but it was not anything exciting to write home about. For 30 to 40 dollars a night less I could stay down the street for the same accommodation, a bed, a cool room and a hot shower, cable TV, and wifi access. I understand these are all great to have, but they should not cost 120 dollars a night on average for the non business travelers.
Pros: Always clean and close to family.
Cons: Price was a lot higher then normal. Something must have been going on in the area.
Pros: Very comfy bed, very helpful staff
Cons: Could be more breakfast options
Pros: Clean and quiet
Pros: Clean, friendly staff, convenient location.
Cons: Microtechnology in Bath NY is getting too expensive for what it offers. I’ve stayed here many times over a few years and the price is creating up every time. Wireless internet is spotty, no hot breakfast, no pool, no real amenities but cost as much as hotels that offer much more. Sadly it’s the only decent place in the town. All that said, it’s still a nice place to stay for a weekend or a few days.
Pros: Convenient, clean, nice breakfast, good coffee
Cons: Cleanliness of the breakfast area. Garbage overflowing and counters and tables could have been wiped down more often
Pros: The beds and pillows were SO comfortable. The staff was amazingly nice, hospitable and helpful. You can see in the hallways where things are slightly older and worn but the room was a pleasant surprise and the breakfast was very good.
Cons: I think someone had smoked in my room before us. But I left the fan on while we were gone and it dissapated.
Pros: Staff very friendly and excellent room

Pros: The staff was very friendly and the rooms were very clean.
Pros: The room was nice. I am cold natured and they kindly gave me an extra blanket. The room rate for a Thursday night was too high for a small town.
Cons: Cost of room
Pros: Hotel is easy to get to and close to the colleges, as well as great local restaurants.
Pros: The person at the desk, Vicky, went the extra mile to make us happy.
Pros: It’s a clean hotel
Cons: The desk staff gave us the wrong room, then told us they WM were sold out so nothing could be done. I booked more than a month in advance. She eventually gave us a room with two beds. The pillows were extremely uncomfortable and I would recommend bringing your own.
Pros: Overnight front desk staff
Pros: Cobwebs hanging from ceiling over bed. Tv was limited. 4 espn channels no movie channel.(hbo) several channels dont come in clear. Glitchy fire alarm system went off
Cons: Helpful staff. Clean room.
Pros: Overnight desk clerk
Pros: The pool and breakfast.
Cons: That booking com set us up in the wrong room. But the facility made it right.
Pros: Everything was great loved the big bath tub in my room
Pros: Clean and Friendly Spot!

Pros: The owner was very kind and attentive
Cons: Everything was great, nothing bad
Pros: The owner took time to handle important details, and to make us very welcome.
Cons: We arrived as a result of an auto break-down. the weather was nippy. if we had planned our stay, we would choose another time of year.
Pros: We totally enjoyed our stay at the Valley Inn. You couldn't ask for better staff ( Forgot owners name ), or accommodations. We loved the homey atmosphere , and will be back. Cleanest room I have ever stayed in. Norm Sampsell
Pros: Excellent location. The owner was very kind. We travelled with our 2 children and she borrowed us a lot of toys. There was a playground and a basketball court. My children were delighted.
Pros: Owner was very pleasant and helpful. It's a retro style motel, old but clean and comfortable. Perfect for a place to lay your head for the night. Felt like staying at a Great Aunt's house. Easy on and off the highway.
Pros: The room was clean, with comfortable beds and good value for money. The host was friendly and very helpful with the tips. Would go back when in the area.
Pros: Great location, friendly service fantastic accomodations
Pros: Understand this is a really "retro" inn. Outside is pre 50's clapboard. Inside are nice clean comfortable rooms that belie the amazing low rate. Innkeeper Kim super friendly and great resource on local attractions. Beds made like a real (not standard issue big hotel} bed with flannel print sheets!
Cons: Really nothing. I was a little leery about price but great reviews sealed the deal.
Pros: Friendly hostess.
Cons: The price for the room is just too high. Does not match.
Pros: The room was very clean. The host was wonderfully friendly and helpful and very accommodating.

Pros: Staff was friendly and allowed us to check in early before a wedding
Cons: musty smell in first floor room. It was a Watkin's Glen race weekend so the prices were very expensive for the quality of the hotel.
Pros: Room and bed very comfy..No bugs!!
Pros: Hotel was older but had new carpet and new comfortable beds. It was good for a overnight. Breakfast was ok.
Pros: The shower pressure was great!
Cons: There weren't clear signs to the breakfast room
Pros: DEPLORABLE!!!!!! - Non-Smoking Room (314) they entire floor reeked of stale cigarette and wet dirt Bathtub look liked someone had used it for a toliet Didn't stick around long enough too experience breakfast, (afraid of what we may discover) A/C couldn't keep us with the heat
Cons: Completly unacceptable conditions
Pros: Location was good.
Cons: Bathroom was not the most clean or comfortable. Toilet was super close to the sink area. Musty smell in hallways but had dehumidifiers running.
Cons: Very dark hallways, no Fox News on TV
Pros: The breakfast was fair; bigger selection would have been better. An elevator would have been a big help; our room was on the 3rd floor, so carrying bags up two flights wasn't good. We could tell there was a plastic mattress cover beneath the fitted sheet; made sleeping very warm.
Cons: We needed to walk through smoky hallways to get to our non-smoking room. The bathroom exhaust fan didn't work. There was no TV guide listing what channels were where. There was no Bible in the room.
Cons: My total was around $--- for this hotel and it wasn't worth that. I'm sorry for my negativity but I will never stay at this hotel again.
Cons: Room had no chairs to sit in
Cons: The bathroom was a "death trap". The shower was very dangerous to get in and out of. Handicapped or not, a couple of well placed grab bars would of done wonders for a much less chance of slipping and possibly really injured.
Pros: Close to highway
Cons: Toilet ran all night. Microwave did not work. Room smelt weird and was not clean.

Pros: Hotel was very clean. It is a little out dated but kept very nice. It holds a lot of history. Good for spending the night. It does not have many amenities but it worked out perfectly for what we needed. We had to travel for funeral services so didn't need a place to spend a lot of time in, just needed a place to sleep each night.
Cons: Has restaurant attached to hotel, right downstairs plus also bar area. But did not serve any food. Even though sign out front advertises for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It was only short walk to other eating places so it worked out fine.
Pros: The gentleman, I believe the owner, was absolutely amazing! He answered any questions we had and was very helpful. It was very quaint.
Cons: Parking is not easy due to no designated public area. There were some stains on the floor but appeared to be very old. Mattresses were okay. I slept great actually just would normally prefer a little softer.
Pros: It is an old hotel building. Rooms are dated but very clean. Definitely worth the price.
Pros: It was quiet Clean rooms
Cons: Could use a ice bucket or frig
Pros: This place was dated, dirty, and gross
Pros: Staff is always friendly and helpful
Pros: Service as always was exceptional. Staff & management are very friendly.
Pros: The room was cool enough and plenty of hangers. We were on the third floor and there was an elevator.
Cons: They didn’t have a reservation for us. Not impressed by the rusty water that came out of the tap in the bathtub. No breakfast included.
Pros: Great ,clean, comfortable room. Quite area and nice location.
Cons: Kinda sketchy on food service. Limited TV channel selection. Long wait for hot water.
Pros: Whole hotel and rooms have bad smell although they tried to be kind and nice . The space like ( bar ) like 19th century and western movies
Cons: Bad smell . Carpets . Light .
Pros: Adequate no frills. No bugs.
Cons: It smelled of stale smoke. Chair coverings dirty. Very outdated furnishings.

Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, a 24-hour front desk, and coffee/tea in a common area. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The staff was great. Very helpful. Having a dog with me, they are understanding that we didn't want them to knock on the door. We would get ask for things we need so the dog wouldn't bother the other guest barking .
Cons: The size of the rooms are a little small for the price you pay. The lighting is a little bright. At night I like to have a light on. The only light that you have is the bathroom, closing the door a little, but you hear the fan all night. More accessible out let's would be good.
Pros: Rooms were well kept, breakfast was decent, staff was friendly when we checked in/out.
Pros: The location was great, the staff very friendly...unfortunately, they put us in a room right next to the stairs and door to the outside. There were some workmen there and they kept running up and down the stairs with the outside door opening and closing very late and early in the morning. They should take that non-smoking room and make it into a storage facility or laundry. The hotel was great, the room totally unacceptable. We would stay there again if we could get another room. Thanks
Cons: see above
Pros: Did not have breakfast at hotel.
Cons: No fitness center
Pros: The guy at the front desk was very friendly and accommodated us very quickly and very well. I was impressed with his approach. .
Cons: I didn't have a problem with anything at all, I was quite content at this hotel actually.
Pros: Clean room, nice staff and free breakfast was good
Cons: Air conditioner in room was not a strong as I would have liked
Pros: Location and convenience of parking.
Cons: Breakfast very poor. Found roofing nails in the parking lot.
Pros: The ports fir the phones were a nice addition
Cons: Our room was never made or cleaned on April 20th. We were never given any satisfaction for this.
Cons: The hotel was no clean at all. Our room had a broken window, dead bugs along the window sill. There was hair in the sheets on both beds, stains on the comforters. The bathroom had not been cleaned. We did not stay.
Pros: The location was OK that’s about all we liked !!!
Cons: When we walked in the door the person behind the desk said yeah then I said Sheppard she said she checking iin?? What do you think I was there for??? The room was filthy I have video of it it smelled so bad not a good experience at all. One of the dirtiest rooms I’ve ever stayed in and I travel all the time !!! As I said I have it on video filthy
Cons: Whole milk only! Front desk girl had to be roused. Took forever to get new milk after I pointed out that milk that was out was borderline sour. Shower in room water pressure only ok. Great nearby, late serving restaurant/bar& Grille. Thurs. night = "trivia night". Whole town, young, old, families, seniors, was there! Fun.
Pros: Breakfast was good and location was close to highway
Cons: The room smelled like mildew when you walked in it. Seemed like we were given a room for wheelchair accessible the bathroom sink and toilet were very low to the ground.
With a stay at Budget Inn Bath in Bath, you'll be 7 mi (11.3 km) from Glenn H. Curtiss Museum and 11.1 mi (17.9 km) from Bully Hill Vineyards. Free self parking is available onsite.
Cons: Odd smell throughout the motel. Staff seemed out of it. Called to ask that the AC be turned on in our room and was told that it would be, but it never was. This was on a 100 degree day. Not much of a complainer, but this was really not a great stay. It was just for a couple nights and just for the beds so all was okay I guess.
Pros: Clean and well-equipped
Pros: The owners were very helpful and accommodating.
Pros: Great location. Bed was extremely comfortable, shower had excellent pressure, price was great! This is the perfect small, family run, basic motel is that is all you need. No frills but clean and safe. Friendly owners. Quaint town. Huge room.
Cons: If you are looking for an updated hotel with all the frills, this isn’t it.
Pros: It is a budget hotel, but it was good value for the cost; simple, but clean, and everything worked. The man at the desk was very welcoming and friendly.
Pros: very clean and and very friendly staff
Pros: basic breakfast it was coffee and prepackaged breakfast bars/cookies
Cons: no comment
Pros: Comfortable Bed
Cons: Facility unlocked, no visible staff, young drug addicts hang in common areas and solicit money from guests... Shocking to say the least!
Pros: Easy access to interstate on and off.
Cons: Dirty sheets on bed that were changed when requested.
Pros: Everything was in order. The Room was clean. It was a good value for the money.
Cons: Little things. Small TV with limited channels. Some water stains on ceiling tiles in the bathroom. Ugly Fluorescent lights. Nothing majorly wrong here. Just a lot that needs updating. All the things you would expect from a cheap hotel.
Pros: Slept ok both nights. Second living room chair would've been nice instead of a desk chair.

Pros: I didn’t like anything, because staff didn’t care about customers, room was so bad shape and very dirty, they didn’t even clean the bed sheets, actually that place was really sucks! Very bad experience in my life with the families.
Cons: When Flush over flow, bed had ladies long hair, bad smell, spiders webs everywhere and we changed the room and the other room had the same issues OMG couldn’t have a rest all night. Honestly hotel association should have to check and temporarily closed that place and I never recommend this place for others!
Pros: It was quiet
Cons: Smoking room towels were dingy
Pros: Okay towels.
Cons: First room had not been made up yet, second room appeared to have someone in it already, third room the card lock was extremely hard to work and door stuck so much you had to ram your shoulder into it to open. Bed was just okay, shower drain mostly clogged and what appeared to be fecal matter on inside side of toilet. Can not recommend!
Pros: Nothing, was the worst experience for a motel that I ever had
Cons: Cleanliness wasn’t top priority, property was deplorable, there was a closed restaurant on the property that had garbage built up in front & the odor was unacceptable, there was broken glass all over the parking lot where I parked, safety & security was not a priority, doors at each end of the building did not lock so vandals spray painted the walls. I could continue but I think you get the picture.
Pros: Breakfast needs a meat item and eggs. Desk clerk was very present at check in and treated us nice.
Cons: Room had spiders and webs in every corner, should of been cleaned better, Also it rained the night/days we stayed there. With wet parking lot and dirt/sand on the pavement it got tracked in to the room, There were no rugs or door mat to wipe our feet off.
Pros: Comfortable stay Supportive staff
Pros: Staff was pleasant and helpful.
Cons: Cigarette butts scattered around the entrance doors. Barthroom door and frame badly in need of paint. Big grunge stain on hallway carpet. Big stains on the washcloths when we checked in. Etc.
Pros: The bathroom was updated, the room could have been. For the price, it was clean. The breakfast was more than I thought it would be.
Cons: With a little more effort the rooms could have been cleaner. The mirror had hand prints on it, the stands had not been wiped down, their was garbage outside one of the rooms the entire time we stayed there, etc.
Pros: location was perfect did not take advantage of the breakfast
Pros: The location is perfect for my family visit
Cons: The room smelled the mattress was hard and lumpy the room had a refrigerator but no microwave gave 2 hot paper cups and a teabag but but no way to heat the water I was frozen in the shower several times and my daughter was scalded when she took hers
Pros: It's location
Cons: Hotel was dirty.... Needs a lot of up dating

Pros: great service ,very clean, classy
Cons: paying the bill only
Pros: Location, Parking, Breakfast was good, coffee service was good.
Cons: Internet was intermittent, A/C did not work well. Noisy neighbor with whiny dog(s).
Pros: Breakfast was the only good part of the stay.
Cons: Old building, some odors, staff and/or other guests outside smoking at entrance, pool was out of service.
Pros: Breakfast was OK with a couple of options that we do not normally see. The room was clean. The price was very reasonable.
Cons: The outside looked almost scary. Staff and others were smoking right in front of the door, I have asthma, makes it hard to breathe. We rode the elevator once but it looked fairly unreliable so we took the stairs most of the time, we were on the 4th floor. At night, when the door was closed, it didn't look like it was closed, there was so much light coming in around all sides of the door. The springs in the bed creaked just by turning over and the pillows were not very comfy. Left with sore back/neck and a headache.
Pros: Free breakfast
Cons: Staff was not knowledgeable, pool was closed, had to put one room on a smoking floor with kids, when I reserved 2 non smoking rooms, sheets were stained. And cleanliness was not to standards.
Pros: Bed was good. Shower was good
Cons: The AC Did NOT work properly. The room got pretty warm. Some cool air only blew out one corner of the unit. Time to upgrade. I didn't sleep well because it got too muggy in there.
Pros: The clerk
Cons: No swimming pool and that was the reason I booked - computer didn't work in lobby - carpet stained badly - hole in bathroom door - couldn't double lock door as lock wouldn't latch - elevator old and floor needed updating. driveway had lots of holes and
Pros: Older than expected needs updating Paint rugs and so forth
Pros: Nothing horrible I would want my dog to stay there. It was dirty it smelled people hanging outside, ice machine dirty. Windows and furniture dirty it was a nightmare
Cons: Pool was not working, and it is not clean. Internet was slow.
Pros: The location and breakfast were fine.
Cons: From potholes in the driveway to holes in the carpeting, the motel can best be described as shabby. Room carpeting was filthy and the bedspread smelled. The staff was friendly and helpful and were the best part of the experience.
Pros: Bed was comfortable but not wide enough.
Cons: Swimming pool was closed. The place was was dated
