Location is great, easy to walk into all the main attractions from the hotel. Breakfast was good if not particularly special. The real highlight was the staff who were beyond warm and friendly, particularly Claudia. They went out of their way not only with normal requests but also to explain certain questions we had on the city and culture.
All staff were very friendly and accommodating. One of the front desk staff assisted me with site-seeing arrangements, calling for availability and pricing, and ultimately scheduling for me. The trips were amazing and I wanted to sincerely thank the person that went out of his way to connect me to Bruno. I had a terrific time!
Very clean. Great shower, nice facility. Good value for money. Service was great, the girl in the reception gave us great recommendations!
The location is... Well it's on the outskirts of city center, so you have to walk 5 minutes to get to the center. It's not bad, but after you do that for more than a couple of times it can get tiresome.
