Pros: Friendly staff, comfortable room, nice little village
Pros: The staff is very friendly. The breakfast was superb. The place is extremely clean. The little swimming pool is fantastic for summer days. The little town is great.
Cons: A little bit hot in the upper floor bedrooms
Pros: Car park access is difficult but it is secure. Wonderful owners and very comfortable rooms that are exceptionally clean. My go to hotel in this area, almost perfect.
Cons: Rooms lack air conditioning so very hot at night in summer. Breakfast is very basic and no cooked option but this is fairly typical in Spain.
Pros: Small and intimate. Nice location in little Village near the Monastery Montserrat. The fact that it has no elevator was nicely compensated by a nice hand carrying our luggage up the staties. Friendly staff.
Pros: We found the room to be very clean. The doors and windows that lead onto the balcony had a great view of the mountain. Bathroom was spacious. The host was excellent. Breakfast was very enjoyable.
Cons: The only issue I had, as the driver of the hire vehicle was trying to find the car park for the hotel. Maybe a web page showing the hotel position and the car park immediately behind it would be easier as the streets are extremely narrow and it was not clear where to go, if you are not used to driving in these narrow streets it becomes quite worrying that you may get stuck. The host was kind enough to show me where to go by walking in front of me while I drove.
Pros: The staff were very friendly and very helpful. They recommended activities, hiking trails, restaurants, and the like. The rooms was very well put together, relaxing, and could be completely darkened with the shutters. The bathroom had really nice appliances with a big bathtub, which was great after a day of hiking or rock climbing. The location in the historic downtown can't be beaten. The breakfast was very good with plenty of options on cold cuts, cheese, breads, yogurts ,juices, and fruit.
Pros: Helpful hosts speaking French and English. With swimming pool.
Cons: No lift. No air conditioning room.
Pros: ,Special country side decoration, great atmosphere, very nice staff, very good, breakfast, cute pool. In spite of lack of air conditioning we enjoyed a nice breeze from the open windows and from the fan, we enjoyed each and every moment. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED,
Pros: We really enjoyed this property. The room was very nice and the bathroom was large and modern. Nice views right out our window. Host was pleasant and a couple of very good reasonably priced restaurants are within walking distance. Unfortunately when we were there, the hotel restaurant was closed. Breakfast was basic but good and adequate. Pool was refreshing. Overall, we would stay here again.
Cons: Aside from the hotel restaurant being closed, which was a minor issue for us, we have no complaints. An added bonus would be the availability of bicycles.
Pros: Nice breakfast! Nice view on Montserrat.

Pros: The spaces are perfect, the rooms, the gardens, views, the mountain of Montserrat at the near end horizon. Perfect spaces to share with friends or colleagues.
Pros: All. The place is Beatiful, great views, the room, the spa, the staff and wine.
Cons: We loved it all. One point of improvement is the dinner that doesnt compare to the rest of the quality of the place. But it was great.

Pros: Very friendly staffs.
Cons: Nothing special.
Pros: The location is convenient, next to the highway, yet very quiet. The lovely ambiance, friendly staff, great breakfast and free parking make this and outstanding value and highly recommendable for a stay over!
Cons: No complaints!
Pros: Bedroom & bathroom was lovely and had everything we needed.
Cons: On arrival they was no one answering the door despite ringing the bell 4 times so we had to walk round the back to find someone. They then had no idea we were coming and I had to prove my booking by my email. Luckily they had a room. Breakfast was really good but the dinner we had in the restaurant was appalling. Frozen salmon still raw in the middle we sent back to be returned hard, after obviously being put in the microwave and the sponge in the pudding was rock hard and burnt. We told both the waitress and receptionist and in the morning the breakfast waiter, as reception was still asleep. On checkout we requested no charge for the dinner which they agreed but later I had an email from booking.com telling me they had again tried to take the restaurant payment from my card. I was appalled. If I had prepaid for the room they would have had the details to do it. Great start but ended very badly.
Pros: Nice room. We ate in the restaurant on two occasion during our stay, the food was great, home cooked meals and great value too. The location is in an industrial area but don't be put off, admittedly there is no where local to walk to but it's handy for the train to Barcelona.
Cons: It would have been handy to have been shown the air conditioning controls in the room.
Located in Monistrol de Montserrat, Hotel Restaurant Guilleumes is within a 15-minute drive of Coves del Salnitre and Collegiate Basilica of Santa Maria. Featured amenities include multilingual staff and luggage storage.
Cons: No coffee maker in room but it was a fluke
Pros: Good breakfast and dinner. Location was great.
Pros: Excellent hotel enroute to Montserrat’s. We stayed over night as we did not want to stay in Barcelona (a city I do like). This hotel is not the fanciest but serves as an excellent stop over hotel. The room we got was big and very clean. The staff is very friendly. Good dinner as well.
Pros: Definitely eat at their restaurant!
Pros: The staff and the environment were beyond excellent for a quiet and peaceful evening.
Pros: Location and that it had a good restaurant.
Cons: Check in time as no 24 reception. A bit overpriced overall.
Pros: Staff are very friendly.
Pros: Location, parking, food, clean.
Cons: Hard mattress in bed, noisy aircondition and the door to the hallway should be more soundproof.
Pros: Nice place, good breakfast.
With a stay at Hotel Abat Cisneros in Monistrol de Montserrat, you'll be steps from Montserrat Monastery and Montserrat. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, a 24-hour front desk, and multilingual staff. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: Fabulous location and comfortable clean room. Breakfast was good. Good value for money.
Cons: After 10 years of life, I don't need to be reminded that I look different from my passport photo!! He even asked for my passport thinking I'd given him someone else's!! Also I was far too hot and no air con.
Pros: Amazing view! It was great being able to have the evening and the next morning without the crush of all the day tourists. We were gone up the mountain before they all arrived...and this way we missed the heat of the day too. We included 1/2 board so we had dinner 'included'. It was excellent.
Cons: A staff member gave us some incorrect information/advice regarding our morning hike...NB the Funicular doesn't open until after 10am. But all was not lost because another staff member cleared tip the mistake on the morning of our hike and we just reversed our trip.
Pros: Location was just right smack in the middle of Monserrat town
Cons: No air conditioner. We had to sleep with the window opened to allow in fresh air, unfortunately when the window was opened we got all the tourist noises early in the morning as the hotel was next to the cathedral.
Pros: Very good breakfast
Pros: Wonderful location close to the monastery. Staying overnight allowed us an opportunity to enjoy Montserrat during the evening without a majority of the tourists around. The view from our room was gorgeous.
Cons: The room feels a little dated.
Pros: We just loved this hotel. The rooms were clean and had the most comfortable mattresses. Very clean bathroom and some toiletries. The breakfast was adequate, wish they had had some more fruit options. We visited the Monastery and took the funicular up to the top of the mountain, with spectacular views. The location could not be better, right next to the Monastery, and we got to stay in the "old" rooms.
Cons: The rooms do not have A/C and it was quite hot in September. We left the window wide open and were able to sleep just fine. It was noisy very early in the morning, a lift truck kept going back and forth.
Pros: Location was perfect. Food was also excellent!! Simple but clean and satisfying bathroom. Great value with the fee - half board
Cons: Parking was too far from hotel.
Pros: Poor quality breakfast
Cons: Bedding, and breakfast .
Pros: The location was absolutely perfect!Very clean, very friendly staff.
Cons: We were not able to sleep due to the heat. There is no air conditioning and it got up to 100 degrees during the day.
Pros: Best location for Montserrat! Good Restaurant for best food with reasonable price.
Cons: Too small showerbooth.
Pros: Great location. Stunning view from the room. Dinner very delicious.
Cons: no air conditioner, very hot at night. Need to open the window. But the church bell sound every half hours wake you up. Two dogs suddenly non stop barking at mid night was a nightmare too. No ventilation in bathroom. Terrible.

Pros: Very friendly all the staff tried to help you, I would stay there again
Pros: Big room
Cons: Some facilities are not well placed
Pros: I’m not one for hotels on golf resorts but as a one night stay at a very reasonable price thought we’d give it a go on our road-trip through Europe. Lots of work being done to the hotel - which is probably why I got the cheap rate - because when finished it’ll be an absolute gem. As it is, the room was beautiful, the views ace and the staff well trained in great customer service. The food was excellent as well.
Cons: Don’t expect a lie-in at the hotel at the moment - too much building work going on. It’s a remote space and you’ll be fixed to the offerings here.. but it is worth it.
Pros: Under refurbishment when we visited. But, quiet, lovely place and very helpful and friendly staff
Cons: Poor bar menu therefore forced to take buffet
Pros: Great location for relaxing. Clean swimming pool and helpfull staff. Extra bed for kids free of charge
Cons: Some trouble with water but they solved this very quickly
Pros: Beautiful location and facilities.
Cons: Air Conditioning and Wi-Fi not working in my room
Pros: Nice, quiet and secluded. Big room and bathroom. Nice beds.
Cons: The hotel is under construction and they already rent the unfinished rooms....

Pros: I got really good value and the staff was really friendly.
Cons: Dirtiest ever- paint on carpet. Carpet outside bathroom stained brown like toilet overflowed
Pros: Simplicity at its best, efficient, good accommodation for active holidays, helpful staff, good food and full menu. Very satisfied :)
Pros: Quiet green woodland surrounding the lovely swimming pool. Engish and continental variety ay breakfast.
Cons: The light Grey carpets in hall ways and bedrooms were stained and marked.
Pros: The location was good with a spectacular view of Monserrat. The grounds and common areas were very nice. I like the artwork and the little computer museum as well as the computer room with printer . The room itself was just a little grundggy , a little musty but everything worked and he beds were comfy. The TV was the size of an average computer monitor so that you had to sit on the edge of the bed to see it. I watched the USA France women's futbol game in Spanish. GOOOOOOOAL!
Cons: Grundgy carpet.
Pros: The parking was good the cafeteria was clean
Cons: Filthy and stained carpet. Twin beds were new but felt like cots. No mattress pads. Sheets came off in the night. Bathroom was awkward and restrictive. Unable to open patio door. No screen and mosquitoes. Dirty patio with no seating. Tiles falling off the patio walls. And I’m pretty sure there was a beehive in the exposed part.sorry, but I would never stay there again. I would rather get up earlier in Barcelona and drive the 23 miles to my location
Pros: Quiet, confortable and convenient.
Pros: Location was great, Swimming pool, free pool table and football table, nature so close!!
Cons: Carpets need to be changed quickly. Bedrooms could do with a renovation. Bathrooms were old and falling apart.
Pros: Didn't have time for breakfast unfortunately though I heard it was good. They allowed us to bring in our own food and drink which was good of them.
Cons: The fact my son and I were put in a 'couples' room which had glass walls and door to the bathroom so could see everything. Not so good when mother and son, so each had to go out the room whilst the other went to the toilet or had a shower. Our friends room had a normal bathroom.
Pros: Simple layout in a beautiful area. Large rooms and great value for the money.
Pros: Pleasantness and helpfulness of the staff. Excellent food and price. Proximity to Montserrat.
Cons: Hotel rooms generally need an upgrade. Carpets were stained, tiles missing on balcony, chips in washbasin.
Pros: The location was very convinient, all services we were waiting of offered, pool good evenso closed on the morning, we would have used it since it was summer and we were tired visiting and travelling.
Cons: There is no air condition in the rooms, the windows could not stay open because of electrical light in front of the balconies.
Pros: The hotel was so quiet. It felt like we had the pool just for us. The mountain in front of the balcony, the sun.
Cons: You really need a good map, not a GPS to find the hotel. It's not indicated at all, but manageable to find still. The carpet was really old.
Pros: Nothing. We left after 1 night as we had to return home due to family emergency, but i think we would have moved from this place had we been able to stay in spain
Cons: Location of hotel is wrong side of mountain to easily visit monastery in montserrat. Difficulty finding hotel.Carpets snd ceilings on 1st floor filthy with evidence of leaks.Painters and work being carried out as you try to find room. Room overwhelmingly hot as there was no air-conditioning or fan provided, therefore unable to sleep at night. No restaurant or food available when we arrived, breakfast very poor. This was the worst experience i have ever had when on holidays.
Pros: The staff was friendly. Pool was nice.
Cons: Hotel was hard to find. Apereance was too blank. Not much things to do, only for sleeping. First room that we got was not cleaned.
Pros: The location is great, ideal for a weekend retreat
Pros: Calm quiet and peaceful setting, hills and mountains and woods around, in a suburb about one kilometer from the highway, close to the mountains and Montserrat abbye, about fourty kilometers or half an hour drive from Barcelona, ask for a room overlooking the swimming pool.
Cons: If You like the atmosphere of a conference place, maintenance dating back from the 1980's, very much needing restoration, and no good restaurant in about five kilometers, and the nearest historical town about fifteen kilometers away ...
Cons: It was clear that this was a conference/training centre that offered odd nights as a hotel to fill rooms. The dining arrangements were poor (eg. dinner was a buffet served only between 8:30 and 9:00 pm with very limited choice of poor quality.) Thelift was out of action when we checked out. We had hoped to use public transport into Barcelona but the hotel is too isolated for anything other than using a car to be practical.
Pros: The views from the room, and the peaceful surrounding.
Cons: The bathroom was not well maintained and clean. You can't open a window, as there is no A/C the room was hot during the night.
Cons: Would not like to stay more then one night.
With a stay at Hotel Les Torres in Sant Esteve Sesrovires, you'll be within a 5-minute drive of Hospital Sant Joan de Deu and L'Enrajolada - Santacana House Museum. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk and an elevator (lift). This hotel has 2 meeting rooms available for events. Free self parking is available onsite.
Cons: Very old hotels in an industrial estate that needs plenty of TLC.
Cons: The receptionist was slow, very slow.
Pros: Late arrival, ate very well, slept on very comfy beds, left 1200 for our next leg. Whats not to love......staff excellent.
Cons: Room refresh, but for price it's v good
Pros: Staff nice and polite. Clean structure and larges rooms and toilets. Very silent in the night. Fast WiFi
Cons: Breakfast offer really poor
Pros: It is in a very quite area and you can sleep without any disturbance. Place is clean and close to Barcelona. Beds a bit hard, but comfortable.
Cons: Beds a little softer and phones that can dial out.
Pros: Bed was firm
Cons: The attendants! They were incredibly warm and helpful!
Pros: I stayed here to visit family it is in the industrial area but staff are so lovely and accommodating they really went above and beyond to help me , nothing was too much trouble , I will be staying here again.
Cons: Unfortunately I had a very unpleasant surprise. The window of the room was broken so I was told to change rooms after I had unpacked. The room had a strong and bad pet smell. Breakfast was a disaster, their version of a grilled cheese was a long hard bread (tooth cracking) topped unmelted cheese. Was beaten by a bee at the pickup roundabout, so careful those with bee allergies. Absolutely nothing on walking distance and closest public transportation was 15 euros away by taxi. I do not recommend it.
Located in Sant Esteve Sesrovires, Hostal Les Torres is within a 5-minute drive of Hospital Sant Joan de Deu and L'Enrajolada - Santacana House Museum. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk and an elevator (lift). This pension has 2 meeting rooms available for events. Free self parking is available onsite.
Cons: On both nights of my stay I was forced to come tact reception to the extreme levels of noise which was completely unacceptable. The hotel a having major road works done which as a result made it very dusty and dirty. Despite raising the noise levels on several occasions we reached no resolution. And I also became very sick during my stay (perhaps just a coincidence). The bed is very uncomfortable and we had no hot water on the second morning for showers.
Pros: We heve used the hotel more often during our travels to the south of Spain. good location for travelers, not too far from the highway and a nice, large parking.
Cons: The restaurant was closed, so we had to go out and find something else. The person behind the front desk did not know anything and was not very helpfull
Pros: All facilities at this hotel, nice restaurant that we had an evening meal and breakfast, not a lot around so useful for us. Room was clean and view of Montserrat was spectacular. Bed comfortable and not far from the motorway.
Cons: Quite a noisy hotel, not much sound proofing, we could hear the man in the bathroom next door.
Pros: Staff and lobby
Cons: Nothing all good staff is amazing especially younes
Pros: When I requested to change the type of room, the reception parson accepted as my ordered smoothly. And I could choose BAR stayle or RESTRAN style for my dinner.
Cons: This hotel address described on this page is not hard to find the hotel! It has better describe Carrer de Copérnico.
Pros: Very helpful staff. Sleeping room and batroom were adequate for spending a few nights.
Cons: Knowledge of English of staff could be improved. Rooms are sensitive to sounds from adjacent rooms and water pipes.
Pros: enjoyed the moment of newly renovated room...
Cons: old room is not habitable...
Pros: Good location if you're looking for a one night stop-over near Barcelona en route to elsewhere motel style parking - vehicle right in front of the room cheap given location and dates
Cons: Non-existent sound-proofing between rooms of approximately eight light switches only two worked, air-con extremely noisy (perhaps this room - 124 - is due for renovation ?) service in restaurant very good, but food expensive and of very poor quality
Pros: Had an excellent evening meal - separate payment.( No budget option).
Cons: Room was very poor: handle broken, and eventually came off in our hands! Shower almost broken, dirty bathroom, very noisy air-con, but at least we had it! Wi-fi not throughout hotel - only in reception. Difficult to find-poorly signposted.
Pros: Parking, free wifi
Cons: Food, noise outside, bad condition
Pros: Good Reception & Restaurant
Cons: Didin't realise a Hostal was a Motel, a bit noisey,Restaurant staff spoke vitually no english and had to advise another English speaking couple to go to another restaurant as they could not underdstan each other. Directions should have read- 2km b4 village there is a Restopal petrol station, Hotel Torres is opposite
Pros: Convienent facility. Not far away from Barcelona. Car by the door and it was confortable since I had a lot of lugguage.
Cons: Soundproof of the walls. You can hear almost any sound of neighbors. Luckily there was only one neighborn during our stay.
Pros: All is O.K. exept cold
Cons: Very cold. Calefaction not working
Cons: It is rather hard to find.
