Pros: The fact that it was a very convenient location as I have family in the area.
Cons: Everything was good.
Pros: Nice guesthouse in beautiful mountain village. Very kind, older, owner who only speaks Italian but used google translate to explain to me what he could offer for an evening meal. Which tasted delicious.
Pros: Wifi didn’t work for foreign people who use devices under ios, except those with italian phone number. Except that perfect place

Pros: This was one of my nicest stays in a month time traveling through Italy! The owners were super kind (and spoke great English, which is somewhat of a rarity in Italy ;-) They made the most amazing breakfast! The best I had in Italy in a month!
Pros: Lovely place and wonderfull hosts. The owner even speaks excellent English. Nice breakfast as well, with home-made dolci.
Cons: There’s few restaurants in town. If two of them are closed there is not much left. But the owners of this establishment cannot help that of course!
With a stay at B&B Santa Vittoria in Monteleone Sabino, you'll be 31.2 mi (50.2 km) from Marmore Waterfall and 31.9 mi (51.4 km) from Monte Livata. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The owners Sergio and Francesca were very kind and nice persons. Only an hour from Rome. Coffee for the breakfest delitious! And gelato in the Monteleone bar - amasing! On the 3rd day of stay half of citisens were saluting us as old friends :D :D
Cons: There is no wifi in the room, only in the kitchen. And the bath of the booking.com page photo is not at the B&B, it must be seperately reached and payed.
Pros: The host
Pros: The owner went out of his way to welcome us and organised an excellent, almost private, dinner with typical cuisine, which was excellent and not expensive. He was always very attentive to any of our needs. The accommodation is basic but corresponds to the price and the description provided.
Cons: Shower is a bit small and the breakfast could have more selection with fresh items. Wi-Fi didn’t seem to work
Pros: The host, Sergio was very kind and helpful and friendly. The rooms were comfortable with excellent bathrooms. Very good value for money.
Offering free bikes and a shared lake-view terrace, B&B La Casetta sul Lago is located in Colle di Tora. Just opposite the shores of Lago del Turano, it features elegant rustic rooms with air conditioning. All rooms have a wrought-iron bed and tiled floors. Each comes with a flat-screen TV, lake views, and a fully equipped en suite bathroom. At the Casetta del Lago B&B you can start the day with a sweet breakfast. Rieti is 29 km from the property. Rome Ciampino Airport can be reached in less than a 1.5 hours' drive.
Pros: We liked the area. Unfortunately, we never received our room, so we did not like that!
Cons: We did not get the room. We arrived to check-in and there was nobody home. We had called earlier in the day to coordinate, but the person who picked up did not speak a word of any language other than Italian (we tried several). We called again when we were outside the door, at night, in the rain, with nowhere to go, but the call went to voicemail and our messages went unanswered. We sent emails and text messages - again, no reply. After wandering through the little town, we found a small bar and eventually somebody took us to a nearby closed restaurant where an elderly gentleman (the landlord's husband?) took us to the room we had booked, only to find the bed was not made and it was not ready. He therefore put us up in a small room at his restaurant for the night. Otherwise, we would have slept in the car. We do not know if we were billed for the room we did not receive. We had to pay for the room we slept in. Total disaster.
Pros: Staff, location, comfort, value
Pros: Beautiful vista from private terrace. Room very nice. Typical Italian town - everything closed from 13.00 till 16.30 Bring your wine and cheese with you if you intend to arrive after 13.00, for enjoying on the terrace. Local ristorante very friendly.
Pros: Beautiful cottage overlooking the lake with a lovely balcony
Pros: The bedroom was excellent and the place fantastic overall. Nice and comfy bed, the room is clearly aimed at couples so it was perfect, there was A/C for hotter nights and also a nice terrace that faced the lake and its enchantful view.
Cons: The breakfast at the local bar was nothing special, and we couldn't try the breakfast at the owner's restaurant as the owner was not around in the morning and the only member of staff didn't know how to help us. This became a problem when I wanted to pay, as he only accepted cash as only the owner knew how to use the card reader, not a major issue but still their organization could be improved a bit.
