Pros: An excellent hotel in a beautiful setting with mountain views of Gran Sasso all around! The juniour suite was spacious and clean and we had a hydro-massage bath which was a plus, and also a balcony with mountain view. All of the staff is very sweet and helpful, and gave us excellent tips on places of interest to visit! Free parking and a very good location by car as it's just off the highway. The restaurant serves delicious food especially pizza and pasta! Very affordable too. Sky TV in room with English language which we don't normally find in Italian hotels. If we're ever in this area again we would definitely return!
Cons: My only suggestion would be for to restaurant to open on Mondays and to offer tea and coffee making facilities in the room.
Pros: Price vs quality are in balance in this hotel. Rooms are a bit oldish, but clean and big. Bathroom was a bit tiny. Service was great and we had a room with balcony towards mountains. Village is smal, but location is great to visite area around Gran Sasso. We ate twice in hotel’s restaurant and had a great food. It seems to be quite popular pizza place.
Pros: Very nice and big Rooms, excellent Restaurant!
Pros: Sara was so helpful! We had only one full day, so she recommended us where to go, what to see and literally build for us the entire day perfectly The hotel is close to the gran sasso , and has an excellent restaurant, and great breakfast . We loved it and will definitely comeback
Pros: Good service. Excellent location. Excellent restaurant and bfast.
Cons: Everything was excellent
Pros: Everybody was very friendly, kind and willing to help you where should go. Thank you all very much!
Pros: Reception staff was very helpful, professional and friendly. Indoor parking garage and accessibility by car is great. Beds are comfortable. But the pros sadly don't outweigh the cons. Don't have a 4 star expectation!
Cons: Breakfast/dinner was located outside in a partytent with industrial lighting and gas heating, while there was no sign of construction going on inside (we were later told they were waiting for a license/permit). We were told to sit near the (loud) TV, even though there were plenty of other tables. We even had to share a table with another couple (we were the only ones there). Breakfast staff wasn't very friendly (we discussed this with the manager and he would convey our opinion), and food wasn't cooled or replaced. So be there early. There's lots of noise if you leave your window open (location is near the highway, which is also a pro). The WiFi signal is very poor to non-existent (on the second floor). There were dust flakes rolling from underneath the bed if you put something down on the floor. Other housekeeping was done well though!

Pros: Nice place right in front of San Gabriel santuary. Very friendly host. I will repeat!
Cons: Nothing. All good.
Pros: everything was very good. I liked home made cakes for breakfast. The room and bathroom very warm.
Pros: I like the location of the hotel with the view of the gran sasso mountain, the food was super delicious, our room was very clean and spacious, every body in the hotel were extra nice to us. Feel safe walking around the hotel area after dinner.I just love this place.
Cons: I did not like that I can’t stay longer.
Pros: Great location in a quiet area and with a spectacular view. The dinner was excellent. The staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful. I will definitely stay here again.
Pros: Extremely helpful staff and unexpectedly delicious food in their restaurant. It has a retro flavour which is actually pleasant, it is family run and very comfortable.
Pros: Place was very dated but clean. It is not geared for tourists just local customers.
Cons: The breakfasts were horrible and a diabetics worst nightmare! All items offered were very high carbs and very high sugar content. Some modicum of protein would have been greatly appreciated either in the form of cheese or eggs. And, it appeared that the offerings were re-offered the next morning. Even the fresh fruit was sketchy- old shrivelled up oranges/apples and brown bruised bananas with cracks on the peel which attracted flies! Very disappointing fare!
Pros: friendness and collaboration, we were helped in building our journey with good indication for mountain trip and local places, local presentation of people and stories
Cons: everything was good
Pros: Bruno and Lorena were excellent hosts and were clearly passionate about their hidden gem in the mountains. We arrived as guests, stayed for 4 nights as we explored the villages and mountain region of Abruzzo - and left as friends. From recommendations of where to go and what to see, tips on cooking real Italian food to indulging in our curiosities around their passions, both of them were welcoming and ever gracious. If you can get past the no shoe policy and strict requirements given their Phytopurification and irrigation systems - you'll be in for a treat.

Each simply furnished room here includes a TV and a private bathroom with a hairdryer and a bidet. Some have a balcony with mountain views. L'Aquila is 24 km from Hotel Casale. Pros: Absolutely nice staff, gentle and extremely willing to help and accommodate your needs. Good prices and quality in the restaurant.
Cons: Very poor breakfast. No savoury options. Just sweet and very little options, mainly pastries from the supermarket. No shampoo, just soap. Very old building, with old fashion rooms. Probably too pricy for their offering. A 20% less of the price would have given an higher score.
Pros: Lovely staff and super clean rooms. Nice and affordable restaurant.
