nice hotel in a very easy location to reach. Room was very small.
We had reserved for a Triple Room and we did get it... Except for the third bed wasn't assembled properly. My husband almost hurt himself when he tried to lay on it the first time. We didn't bother to tell the hotel staff, though, because we were very tired so he just fixed it himself. It wasn't as comfortable as he expected, but it did its job.
nothing a desolate hotel, suitable only for one night stay .
Clean and comfortable. No negatives.
Hotel has a very good restaurant. Since it is located away from the town, it was good to have that option after a full day of excursions. Also this hotel has easy access to the highway that connects you to different parts of Umbria. The pool in this hotel is right in front of the car park and the rooms. The noise of kids going to the pool early in the morning would wake me up.
Swimming pool area. Breakfast selection, restaurant. No internet access in rooms. Very hot at night, had to request airconditioning turned on. Bar very depressing, not the kind of place you would want to go for a drink.
No iron and ironing board
Nice swimming pool, even if quite crowdy and noisy if your travelling for business and your hotel room is your "office" Internet connection missing in the rooms a big problem, could be solved with a little effort...
particularly likked the restraunt - excellent food - good atmosphere nothing of any significance
Restaurant - very good meal, friendly staf, close cantrum of city and very good access to high way. No parking place, no fridge in room.
The location of the hotel is fantastic since it is located very closed to the railway station but the price the I paid for one person was a little high. The hotel staff was nice and served very nice breakfast.
The position, that's very close to train station and right in the city center It needs to be renewed
The room was very spacious. We only stayed one night as it was on our way from Rome to our destination further north. We would stay there again as it seemed a lovely town to explore. We only had time for a quick walk around the centre. Being in the city it was hard to find a car park when we arrived. The hotel manager then let us park out the back.
the location on the lake is very nice, room is ok no more, breakfest was ok,no major catasthrofic downsides, good value for money. i think knowing english is a must requirment for hotel staff ,esspecially since this is not a family hotel,it seems hotel is built for internal tourism esppecially for families with children, and not for couples.don't expect too much night life....
The situation of the hotel is beautiful being right next to the lake with outstanding views, while at the same time being right in the centre of the village. The pool was great and the restaraunt good. The only problem with the hotel is it's proximity to a rather loud bar. During the day the bar was quiet but both nights we were there loud music played until early hours
it is very well located in relation to the village staff tended to be a bit stand offish...when i asked for a restaurant recommendation in the town, the gentleman behind the desk looked at me and said "You mean, other than the restaurant here? I don't know."
The hotel miralago is a nice reasonably priced hotel with nice food, located on a lovely lake in a ruaral part of Italy.only down part was the menu had no english on it and there is very little English spoken localy
Very lovely location along the lake. Each room has their own balcony overlooking the water.
Leaving. Lack of assistance for non business customers. We booked the hotel because of the pool and when we arrived we found that the pool was closed for a reception which was extremely frustrating. Also there was no room service menu, when I went to read the menu at the restaurant it was in Italian. I asked if there was an English version which I was directed to out the front of the hotel attached behind a glass display board. So it wasn't very practical for me to read or to take back to my room to show my husband. Also the breakfast really wasn't very good, there wasn't even any toast and it was all sugary foods.
Good location. Decent breakfast compare to other italy hotels of the same class Noisy (hotel on main street). WIFI cost money. Bed not so comfortable.
large clean room Good restaurant Good parking Large factory 50 metres spoiled view. This is not made known prior to booking
Nice country side inn. Breakfast was just a perfect way to start the day.
nice hotel with warm people :) and good resturant
The reception and restaurant staff were very helpful, even though we arrived late in the evening. Room was excellent and parking was right outside the door, very convenient It was difficult to find the hotel at night as my car GPS couldn't find the exact address. Breakfast was very poor (just cakes) but I guess that is typical of Italy!
The staff was extremely friendly. The hotel was quiet and secluded. The AC didn't work properly so the room wasn't very comfortable, temperature wise as it was very hot.
Rooms fine. Coffee at breakfast was best we have had in Italy! A lot of noise from the outside dining area till very late.
delightful setting, beautiful hotel wonderfully restored to luxury standard.friendly and excellent service. we stayed in september, and there was no dining room service in the evening which meant that we had at least half hour drives to the nearest restaurants. the immediate surroundings of the hotel are beautiful, but once off the hill the valley below and the town of terni are very industrial. if the hotel were set up with room service, pool service ,and a diningroom it would be an ideal location for a 3/4 day luxury break.
The beautiful peaceful setting - lovely garden of lawns and lavender with pool. Fields and woods. Easy walking country through farmland with views over the countryside. Well-restored family home with rooms for 6 guests and one apartment with all facilities which we rented for a week. Charming friendly hosts. Plenty of interesting things to see and do all around.
Everybody did his utmost to comfort our stay. Niets was teveel. Everything was perfect. A real recommendation. Nothing!
Excellent place and surroundings and great service! The hotel owners are fabulous! none
beautifull surroundings, outstanding service, comfortable and peacefull hotell, helpfull owner, great view, ... all together Torre Palombara is a wanderfull place which i highly recommend. not really, place is just great the way it is
Complete peaceand quiet, with a very welcoming and obliging owner, who did everything to make our short stay memorable.
A wonderful place to stay. Leonardo is very gracious and happy to advise on where to visit. The accommodation, even in the standard rooms is of very good quality. If you want a peaceful location with luxury this is the place for you.
This is a great location from which to explore Umbria. The 15th-century villa is owned for decades by one family. Over the last 5 years, they have done a great job in renovating it. The result is a very tasteful residence which offers luxury while keeping the original details and charm of the Tower (Torre) intact. The hosts are warm and kind, and make you feel at home.
This is a very comfortable and clean small Hotel. The family staff were very helpful in arranging local retsaurants and visits. No.
The facility is first rate, restored farm, absolutely sensational. The owners are on site, and are most gracious. It would have been even better if they had served an evening meal at the hotel.
