Closeness to the beach, family hotel feeling, not too big, it was situated in a small and cosy village not to big.
Right on the beach. Gorgeous and clean beach. Airconditioning very powerful.
Clean room Personnel, poor food et price
location & staff not really
Very efficient and friendly staff. Excellent location. Wonderfull view from the room. Very good food and service in the restaurant. Private beach. The air condition in the room smelled sometimes.
The hotel is nice but I expected more for the price I have paid. The water temperature was not hot for me as well as the room temperature. Ia a hotel where we are paying near 390 euros per day, I believe that this is definitely not acceptable. I am not sure I would stay at this hotel again because of this issue.
Villa Belrose was an absolutely outstanding hotel - We would recommend without hesitation. The breakfast was pricey and limited in selection - not on par with the rest of our experience.
nice view, kindly stuff, personal touch rooms are very small....
relax in the swimming pool, shopping in saint tropez breakfast was extremely expensive.
The service is perfect. The staff is very friendly and considerable. And the view is so beautiful just like a painting. No.
The hotel is quiet and cosy. The staff are very kindly and helpful. The location is so convenient. I'd like to come back!!!
Le Kube was wonderful! The design, the location and the staff could not do enough to help you. The food was very good and the manager was very helpful (giving me a blanket and hot chocalate when it was windy!). Would go back in a shot, loved it all (except the pool at the front was freezing!) Pool at front was a bit too cold!
Everyone on hotel staff was pleasant, courteous, and helpful. No.
Very nice design hotel with a lot of extras
Very nice, modern, and clean hotel. a lot of attention to details. Espresso machine in the room (fantastic), the facilities a+++, shuttle service impecable and in a Lexus suv... Made our honeymoon that much better...
The room was spacious, the shuttle service was great and some of the staff were very pleasant My problem is with the manager of the hotel who seems to think its okay to yell at me and call me a liar. I was extremely uncomfortable and wanted to cancel my reservation right there.
Attention to detail and service from all staff
when arriving driving no clear sign to guide to the main entrance
Very welcome, nice room and we had a splendid terrace. No problem to stay one extra night which we enjoy. Small remark the breakfast on the second was served with not fresh viennoiserie.
Excellent location, close to the old city with parking. Spacious good room with superb balcony. corridors and lift somewhat tired in appearance , in need of some renovation. (The casino facilities did not detrimentally affect our use of the establishment as a hotel)
This place is mainly about the casino. But the hotel is still rather nice, clean and useable - especially for shorter and less demanding stays.
lovely place where to stay. Rooms with good standard
Confortable, quiet, elegant, clean, very nice setting, lovely terrace The fact that the breakfast was served in the room. The breakfast was served on a table with wheels which was not very practical. It was a bit inpersonal although the receptionist was very friendly. The hotel is located in a casino which is their main business.
Location and attentiveness o staff The noise from the sea view balcony - the beach cleaning machine at 6 am every morning very loud
The location The lack of business facilities
Lovely location, on sea front. Staff very kind and ready to help Breakfast was extremely poor for the proposed price (22€ / person). Swimming pool closed at 6:30pm, too early in summer season.
The presence of the beach with seats and umbrellas. The WiFi connection No satellite TV
Good quiet location with own private beach area, yet also within walking distance of local attractions and restaurants.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful
Very kind and helpful staff and patron. Just next to the beach and very close to the harbor with all restaurants. The quadrupole ground floor room should be more specified. My rocommendation is to ask for seaview room
Everything. The staff, the namnagement, the location, the absolute stunning view from the room at sunrise. I am a well-seasoned traveller and this was my best choice ever! Not a single thing.
The proximity to the beach and the airport at Hyeres were perfect for us just what we had wanted quite cramped but ideal for a night or two
The closeness to the beach and the view from the balcony. The noise from the road outside. No air-conditioning. Small studio room. Bed hard. Bedding and towels poor.
It was on the seaside, loved to hear the waves The towels were very old and didnt smell good.
The apartment was close to the beach. The staff were very friendly. It was quiet. I liked that we weren't hassled by cleaning staff early in the morning. I liked that it felt very relaxed and family-run. I liked that it was close enough to the bars and restaurants, but not close enough to be disturbed by them. I liked that it felt safe. I loved the view of the beach and the sea. Bed was uncomfortable and there was no aircon. It said the apartment could fit four people - thankfully we were only two because it was very small and there wouldn't have been enough room for four. There was no safe.
Very good service attitude by the personnel In comparison with the the internet pictures there is a (small local ) road build between the hotel and the beach. The hotels opinion differed from the offical payment condition in internet in case of reservation change later than two days before arrival.
Good location, almost at the beach. Reception was closed many hours during the day.
Location to the beach, distance from the other appartment blocks, friendliness of the service. Note vthat it is not a hotel, it is a self-catering studio apartment. Internet didn't work in the room, however, it as ok in the courtyard downstairs.
the position was excellent, right near the sea and close to the port for restaurants etc.
Excellent position to beach, easy onsite parking and adequate facilities for family holiday Really a motel but no supply of dishwash liquid, scrubber, cloth, teatowel or mop. No microwave either.
The very helpful & friendly staff and the location of the hotel immediately by the old town area. We could walk to a number of restaurants & the interesting parts of old Grasse. I would not recommend taking the breakfast. For the same price one could easily walk across the road & buy breakfast for the same price at a pleasant cafe with better choice.
too expensive for what it is, pool is too far away via a steep slope, staff could do with a customer services training
pool was broken
The hotel was beautiful the staff friendly. Our overall experience was one of comfort and luxury.
An authentic hotel, ideally located around 2km from Saint Tropez. A charming place which offers good service and good value for money.
Location, convenient to St Tropez and beaches (20 mins drive) Limited facilities, Internet not working, very small rooms for twin use.
Very clean and visually well designed, polite and efficient staff No shelf in bathroom. Shower splashed over floor. Breakfast expensive.
Quirky thirties building with nice design updates Sited, in effect, on a roundabout, so incedibly noisy unless all the windows and shutters are closed when the double glazing works. Price v high for what you got -- but location (near St Tropez) probably the cause.
The staff was very friendly. A very dog friendly hotel, our Jack Russell really enjoyed his stay. Room was clean and comfortable, extreamly good for the price. The hotel restaurant was excellent with several other good restaurants near by. A great location close to many interesting sites. We will return, we hope, many times.
Clean rooms The noise in the first floor room owing to the lively restaurant below was not acceptable so we requested to change rooms which to the credit of the hotel was carried out without fuss. The price for breakfast and the fact that the owner charged us an additional €3 for an additional cup of coffee did not leave us with an overall an favourable impression.
A charming hotel with a beautiful view. Hotel staff very friendly.
The breakfast at the pool (although you have to pay extra). The pool (but only for good swimmers as more than 2 m deep at all parts). The facade of the main building. Location (close to la Croix Valmer and St Tropez peninsula). Our stay at this hotel was not pleasant at all. The room was tiny, dark, outdated and motballed in a side house to the chateau. It was impossible to sleep on the double bed (which were two single matresses put together) by both of us, because the matresses had a big depression in the middle (because of never being replaced?). We had three sleepless nights, and hated going back to our room everyday to sleep. Be warned: if you book the last room available, you will probably end up in the same dreadful room we were. In any case, hugely overpriced and barely a 2 star for the quality we received. One of the staff was also very rude and scolded us for being dirty (funny, as we spent the first 10 minutes in the room cleaning a dirty toilet bowl)
i like to have breakfast in a nice spot close to the pool ilike the view from our bedroom balcony not very transparent about the rate i little bit abandoned as service
The rate booked with bookings.com for 2 double rooms was139e and the rate the hotel insisted on charging despite seeing my paperwork was 169e. this is wrong and I would like bookings.com to speak to hotel and reimburse.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has lots of character and the views are spectacular. The pool has no shallow end and it was very difficult to swim with young children.
Perfect location in the old part of the city (except that you can´t drive to the front of the hotel but parking is no problem), nicely renovated and quite charming. Rooms 18 and 19 on the top floor are absolutely lovely, with a cute little balcony and a large bathroom. It seems though that some of the other rooms have a modern glass shower in the bedroom...? Anyway, we spent a couple of wonderful days in Huyers and this was our favorite little hotel on our trip through Southern France. Everything was fine. Wish we could be there now :-)
The man that checked me in was very helpful and spoke good English. The bed was of the type that molds to your boby.Takes some getting used to.
the check in time was 15h or 3 which was really late for us
it's so central and easy to get around from the hotel! =D there was construction at the back of the hotel, waking me up around 7am.
The bed linen was clean. There was a large window overlooking an interesting street. The young lady receptionist was charming. The bathroom was very cramped.
Very central No air conditioning. No lift.
Right in the center of the old town area. Value for money is really good. No wardrobes or hangers in the room. Be aware that there's no elevator in the hotel.
Excellent location, friendly service There is no elevator in the hotel. The shower stall in the bathroom was very basic, not comfortable.
personnel were extremely gracious and I felt very comfortable
good location strange stuff in toilet, plastic sheets on the bed, like I was in hospital
If you come just for sleep. It is ok. Without the car it is quite difficult to find the hotel. The price is pritty high because the rooms are very basic, the batnroom facilities too.
The staff was lovely and tried very hard to help us in English (our native language) as our French is not strong. Helpful advice and recommendations on activities and transportation. excellent food and great price at the hotel restaurant. We stayed without a car, while it wasn't completely away from everything, it was a good walk to get to the Old Town area and to the train station. Although, a bus stop is near and efficient.
Small sign and minor lighting made it difficult to find at a late evening arrival.
The friendliness of the staff and also their helpfulness. The outside eating/drinking area was very clean and attractive The beds were not very comfortable
Checking-in and out was very straight forward & took only minutes. They were very helpful with providing maps of Hyeres and one of the receptionists was very chatty and loved to speak English. This was our third stay there and we have never had any problems. The hotel is ideally placed for looking around the town of Hyeres and is in lovely surroundings. The hotel was ideal for our 1 night stay. I don't think it would have been the right place for me for a longer stay.
The hotel is very close to the airport. The staff are very pleasant and helpful and there was plenty to eat and drink at breakfast. The hotel is also very close to the town.
The hotel was clean, functional and had a car park. The restaurant turned out to be surprisingly good. I thought the coffee at breakfast was not good. The position on top of the motorway and absence of a pool seemed at first not ideal. Over the stay I became fond of the hotel.
Friendly professional staff. Clean facilities. Good restaurant.
Staff (especially at check-in) were great! Ample parking. Close to highway so noise is a problem for the garden/lounge area and rooms facing south. We requested to be moved to a north-facing room & were immediately relocated & happy in a much quieter room. A bit of a walk (~10-15 min) to the old town, but pleasant.
All the Personnel were very nice. In the room there was no good smell. We have had only one big towel per person! Breakfast was very simple.
The price & location, friendly service. Breakfast was a great choice. No milk with the free coffee making facilities, minor point!
I liked an easy access to the garden belonging to the hotel, which gave an impression of space. In that sense our room was not only limited to a few square meters but virtually extended to additional green space....
A good value, basic hotel away from the congestion of town. Plenty of parking. Nowhere to place suitcases other than on the floor. Mattress and pillows need replacing.
The price. Wifi doesn't working
Location, parking! No A/C.
The location was outside Hyères and allowed me to go easily go to an appointment nearby Due to a very warm season, air conditioning would have been greatly appreciated. There was none.
The Bello Visto is in an idyllic setting, The rooms are small but comfortable. The staff are charming and the atmosphere was very relaxed.
Nice food (specially the dinner), easy to get to St. Tropez, great view difficult parking (have to walk with laggages and take them to stairs), very small room and more small bathroom (like a camper, with no place to hung the towells)
Staff were very accomodating and went out of their way to help. Location is difficult to get to without a car - bus service was limited.
Very good restaurants nearby, great view Don't stay there if you're planning to go to Saint Tropez at night.
The views from the hotel rooms windows, and from the terrace where you eat breakfast in the mornings, lovely views of the sea and the area near st-tropez. Gassin is so nice, we stayed an extra night!
Nice location, close to St. Tropez and good price in comparison with the hotels in St. Tropez. The bathroom was very small, you could practicaly sit on a toilett and take a shower at the same time. Very small, but what you pay is what you get...
hotel located at highway, it could be handy for car or business travelers which only require the bed in the room. hotel looks as american motel
large room with air-conditioning and tiled frescoes on the walls. It had a good bathroom. the shower was set over a bath and had no way of holding the shower head and no shower curtain
Originaly a good layout Should have been renvated 10 years ago. Major mantainance needed. Dirty laundery all over, broken glass and rubbish on walkways all weekend
Staff were friendly Overpriced for the quality of room
The Hotel is a good choice to stop on the road for one night as it is well located and well priced. Otherwice I would not recommend to stay there for longer period. It is just ok.
just the parking facilities
This hotel was in general ok. Nothing particular nice but adequate. They did not tell me that they had also booked a wedding party for the night that I stayed. The restaurant and bar where closed to non-wedding parties and the courtyard area was a bit awkward to enjoy because you felt like you were butting in on someones wedding. Since the room was small it was kind of a bummer to be stuck in there with no dinner and no wine.
the swimming-pool was good, the rooms were ok and the location wasn't very bad. the bathrooms could be improved.
I have nothing good to say of this hotel the room was dark, and smelled of dump, poor noisy location close to motorway, bar was shut at 10pm,
