Ideal position a few steps from petit venise
Bad smell in the common area of first floor; fire alarm was activated twice (31.12 at 6pm and 1.1 at 10am!) and it took more than 15 minutes each time to be deactivated. Despite this unwanted and unasked “wake up call“, the staff never apologized nor offered any explanation

Parking place is not available. You have to park your car in the parking place (if you are lucky to fined a place) far from the hotel.

in one of reviews I red this is a 3 star hotel in price of 5 star.I totally agree. For the price they charging the only good thing is location. Parking better to say it's not exists,breakfast averege and room size and especially bathroom it's without comment.. Colmar definitely again but another hotel.
