Pros: The best thing about staying at the hotel was free internet acces, the courtyard, easy acces to the centre of the city. Free mini bar was good
Cons: There was no music channel availabe through the tv. No cd player or radio to listen too. The safey deposit box should be in the room with a coded box. The sauna facilites were good but a swimming pool would have bene better. No tea and coffe facilites availabe in the room.
Pros: The reason I selected Santa Paula was because the Hotel is in a 14 th century house , convent., medieval courtyard and the location.Unfortunately I did not receive the rooms I requested (courtyard view). I was not told the "type" of rooms I reserved were not located on the courtyard. Very frustrating. We revived every day in the Turkish Bath and sauna. The staff were helpful .
Cons: Your descriptions and prices are extremely misleading. The reason I selected The ac Santa Paula was because the Hotel is in a historic building with a medieval courtyard + location.I Specifically requested a court yard room .I specifically requested 2 rooms on the court yard. We received 2 tiny new rooms in a new wing I did not know existed. The staff informed me the rooms I reserved were not on the court yard! Why did not some one inform me upon my reservation. The next morning the gracious staff moved our belongings to rooms facing the courtyard. They did not inform us that the court yard (not on the court yard level but facing the court yard) rooms were not the same rate I had been quoted substantially $$. Very frustrating experience.
Pros: We were upgraded to the older section of the hotel which was very quiet. The room was very spacious and nicely appointed. Last few nights in Spain, thought we would splurge. Hotel recommended some excellent restaurants.
Pros: excellent service, helpful front desk, great location, knowledgeble about restaurants, etc
Pros: Fabulous hotel layout with good food selection for breakfast. Location is great for access to Alhumbra. Hotel is a converted monastery so had lots of space and many interesting alcoves to explore. Very clean and well serviced except for drinks waiter who 'forgot' to serve us more than one drink.
Cons: Very poor drinks service in the lounge
Pros: style of hotel and convenient position
Pros: perfect location, nice room
Cons: expensive, especially meal services
Pros: very well situated
Pros: Central Location, friendly staff
Pros: Extremely friendly staff, well positioned hotel, excellent bathroom with huge bath, free minibar, we had free coffee every morning ordered through room service.
Cons: Only 1 english speaking tv channel - CNN.
The Palacio de Santa Paula Autograph Collection is located in the historic center of Granada near the Albaicín and Sacro Monte areas, the Cathedral and the Royal Chapel, the historical Gardens of the Triumph, the Archeological museum, and, of course, the Alhambra. The beautiful hotel, one of the best five star hotels in Granada, is a 75-room restored masterpiece that was also declared an artistic and historic monument. It replaced the Santa Paula Convent and the Casa Morisca, which existed in the XVI and XII centuries respectively. This luxury hotel’s restaurant, “El Claustro”, where the Santa Paula convent refectory used to be, offers guests haute cuisine that fuses elements of traditional Andalusian gastronomy with modern culinary concepts. Free Wi-Fi access throughout the hotel so that guests can connect to the internet whenever they want. R.T.A. Registration Number H/GR/01177.
Pros: Good location within walking distance of most major attractions.
Cons: The air conditioning in the rooms only works from May - sometime in the fall. So even though it was 30 degrees C outside in April, the rooms couldn't be cooled off without opening the windows. However the street noise makes it difficult to sleep with the windows open. Hotel mgmt said there was nothing they could do about this. We were told "it's winter....". I just find it strange that the lobby was air conditioned & cool, but the rooms couldn't be. Also if you're bringing a car please note the parking garage is a very tight fit.

-next to the bus stop to see the Alhambra
Cons: -there are a few signs for the hotel but it could use some more as there are no major streets to it. That's about it.
